Extremely bad customer service. There is no staff to welcome you and they keep you waiting without speaking to you. Every time i book an appointment at this place, i arrive and no one is available! It’s like they never took the appointment. Very disappointing i don’t recommend at all
Terrible service! Such rude staff with no manners or customer service skills. I arrived for my meni pedi which they rushed through in less than 20mins. Barely touched my cuticles and then ended up charging me 57£ price of a full when it was barely a shape and polish. When I raised it with the lady at the pill, she became very aggressive. Def not coming back here. Very disappointed
