   I had extensions done in just 30 minutes by what appeared to be the owner/manager of the salon, costing £38. The result is terrible—uneven shapes (they were supposed to be round), cuticles not even touched, and overall a very sloppy job. I’ve never had my nails done so badly.

   My daughter and her friend both teenagers walk in at 9:30 am when the shop is empty and just opened and are told to come back in 30mins. They do that and the salon is then full. I give permission for them to have acrylics to the shop owner and tell them to call me when they are done. An hour later my daughter tells me it’s cash only so I pop back to give her £50 cash. 2 hours later she’s still sitting there and they have seen more adults ahead of her. At 11:30 I go in and ask why. They said they didn’t realise she wanted her nails done?!!!!!! We leave

   My partner had her nails done here and she really liked them. Staff tried their best to understand what she wanted from a picture and they did really well, she said she will be coming back!

   Owner lady is very rude and greedy. Staff try and cut corners wherever they can, for instance directly start the nail job without even cleaning the nails or taking off the dead skin, worse is they always leave infill even on the freshly done nails. Pricing is that of a premium saloon and experience is always terrible!

   I'm really upset! I visited this establishment in December for my Christmas nails. It was a rushed job and the owner who seems to be the old Asian lady is rude but completely changes her voice and behaviour with what seemed like regulars..... I thought I'd try again as the nail salon futher down was closed. WHAT A MISTAKE 1 DAY LATER MY NAILS ARE CHIPPING, THE MAN WAS AGGITATED AND DIDN'T SAY A WORD GOT UPSET IF I DARED TO MOVE. I WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND DUE TO ANXIETY I DIDNT SAY ANYTHING EXCEPT AKWARDLY LAUGH AT TIMES. 1. Please have better customer service as human beings it can brighten someone's day by greeting them nicely and being kind 2.When I mentioned about the shape of my thumb nails the old lady spoke in the native tongue to the guy doing my nails. That is rude. You could of said to me. Is everything OK? 2. Is there a refund policy? 4. I will be going back to friends hair and beauty in Croydon, worth the travel. Just added another photo this is taken 10/02/2023 nails done on 08/02/23. Gel just peeling off like wall paper I feel robbed.

   I usually get my nails done in Croydon but was meeting my mum in Coulsdon and she was doing her nails there. So I decided to get mine done too - big mistake! I had a shellac manicure and the guy was very rough when cutting my cuticles. To the point they were bleeding. I told him it’s too rough but he didn’t take much notice. A lady took over to do the actual shellac. I noticed at the end she just put hand cream on my hand and told me to rub them together. I asked will she not be massaging my hand and giving a proper manicure. She said no they don’t do that! I paid £25 for a shellac manicure and it was £20 for just shellac! I’m not sure exactly why it is £5 more when they don’t actually really give you a manicure. It was all very rushed. Now one week later the shellac is chipping!!! My nails usually last a good 3 weeks. A complete waste of time and money! I won’t be going back there again!

   Staff were not very friendly and actually slightly rude. My gel manicure was very messy and rushed even though there was nobody waiting and the filing uneven. Overpriced for the service received. Zen nails in Wallington is cheaper and much better, plus you get a better cuticle treatment, a hand massage and moisturiser as well as a conversation and a cup of tea.
