   Absolutely love this place, they never disappoint. Friendly staff always willing to listen to the client and the environment has an overall relaxed friendly atmosphere. The salon is very clean with stylish decor. There are lots of colours to choose from and they’re always up to date with the new trends and techniques. I travel an hour and half from home because they’re that good, I’ve been coming here since 2018.

   I have gotten my nails done here many times. If you're someone who gets their nails done every two weeks and nothing too intricate this is the place. But if you want your nails to last more than two weeks do not go to this place. I've booked an appointment after showing them what I want beforehand. Two hours later I left this place with the shittiest french tips because after 1.5 hours they decided they can not do the nail art I've requested. They offered no apology or discount upon failing to do the nail art I've wanted or the time they wasted. If you are after nails that look professionally done don't go here. There's bunch of other places that can give better results that would cost you the same or less even. Edit: as a reply like I've said I've gotten my nail done here many times and never expected exact replication of the nail art I've shown and always accepted it looking somewhat similar. you basically couldn't do the ombre at all, it looked disastrous. so no, I haven't expected perfection from you never, I go to a different saloon usually and only come to yours for simple stuff when I don't have time.

   I went here for the first time about a month ago, and I've never had such amazing customer service at a nail salon. They were so patient and meticulous, making sure to get the exact shape I wanted and perfecting every detail. They truly went above and beyond. I'll definitely be coming back to get my nails redone! If you're looking for beautiful, high-quality nails, I highly recommend them xx

   I’ve been here three times, and even brought my boyfriend to get a pedicure with me. They do a nice deep pedicure, and are very very talented with detailed nail art. I’ve had cat eye nails done here, spray painted nails, night sky nails, and French tips. They’re very patient and artistic. This is my favourite nail salon in the area and it’s so nice to get creative nails that a lot of salons won’t do.

   Disappointed! Because they want to take as many clients in, they rush the service without paying attention to the health of your nails, they scrapped aggressively my nail bed, bringing my nails to a state they’ve never been before, very weak and thin, painful at any touch, every time I mentioned my needs they smiled saying yes but never actually listened!The treatment I used was shellac, which is supposed to maintain the health of our nails! At my last appointment they treated me disrespectful for raising a complaint and damaged my nails even more!

   I have been going to Totally Tips and Toes for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always smiling, kind and do an excellent job with my nails. I especially like how much detail they go into to make sure all my nails look the same. Fully recommend.

   The pricing is very confusing. It has happened in the last recent visits (details as belows). So make sure to confirm the price before you enjoy the services, and I am a bit concerned when they use the driller to take off the gel which sometimes can be painful to the nails. Otherwise the service quality is very good in term of detailed care. *Quality wise: Very carefully handled by nail technicians in here. They care about the details and their massage techniques for hands and feet are amazing. I once was unhappy about the attitude of one technician in handling my cuticle (I asked her to pick some more dead skin and she responded: no more skin to pick, go wash your hands. I ordered gel based and normal colour on top and she lied to me saying that you can't apply colour after applying cuticle oil - which can be done by cleaning the nails with alcohol). I raised the dispute and they solved it immediately with a professional manner the next day. *Price wise: Last time I ordered a clear gel and normal colour on top (I have nail biting habit but I don't want to apply thick gel layers on my nails to protect it). I have had the same service in there for the past 5-6 times and was charged £30. However last time, one staff charged me £5 extra on top and when I asked for a reason, there was no valid answer was given. I will be more happy to pay if they let me know before they do the service. The time before that, one staff told me you never paid in full and asked me to pay more for the service. I was quite surprised because I always paid in full. So I asked why and she told me forget about it and it left a very unpleasant residual feeling of being treated unprofessionally. In my picture is my gel manicure that was finished with a matte top. Very careful and detailed cuticle care, would be happier if they are professional about their pricing.
