I’m very disappointed with the service I received. The technician who worked on my nails did not demonstrate proper nail painting skills, leaving my manicure extremely messy. He also cut the side of my finger during the process, which was both painful and careless. Although I originally requested a manicure when I arrived, it was not done until I reminded him, at which point he pulled my hand roughly and reacted with clear frustration. Overall, this was the poorest and most uncomfortable shellac manicure I have ever had. One of the lady workers in there was nice enough to fix most of the nails.

I have been going to this shop for a while and the service is normally very good, but today 27/8/25 the service was not to standard. The guy that started doing the pedicure was polite and took his time, then the guy that took over rushed the process. I said at the beginning of the shop when I came in I wanted a pedicure and a manicure. The technican told me I just wanted a pedicure only but I didn't say that. I didn't bother argue as I was going to get the manicure done elsewhere, but he done it which I am grateful for, but again it was rushed. I barely left the chair when he called the next customer over. I am paying money for polite service as well, he made me feel like I was a nuisance. I am not sure what happened today as it is normally not like this, and it used to be very good. I will start looking for another nail salon.

A lovely experience. They made such an effort to match the photo I showed and I felt very comfortable the entire time. Thank you! I’ll definitely be back.

I recently visited Tracy Nails and spent £55 on a service that left me extremely disappointed. Before my appointment, I even showed a photograph of the nail design I wanted, expecting a close match to my vision. Unfortunately, the final result looked nothing like the image I provided. If they can’t execute a design as simple as this, they should simply say so up front. Upon examining my nails after the appointment, it was immediately apparent that something was seriously off. The nails were noticeably bent, and the shape was far from the neat, structured look I had requested. Instead of having a defined structure and a proper apex, the nails appeared misshapen and uneven. Even the basic French tip, which should be straightforward, was poorly executed—the French line was not straight at all. I couldn’t understand how such a basic element of nail art could be messed up. I raised these concerns with the staff at Tracy Nails, and while they offered to fix the issues and refunded £5 as a gesture of goodwill, the adjustments did little to improve the overall look. After the fix, the nails remained bent, the shape was still off, and the French tip continued to be crooked. It was evident that the corrective measures did not address the underlying problems with their technique. Given the price I paid, I expected a high level of precision and quality. Instead, I ended up with nails that did not meet even the most basic standards. This experience has left me frustrated and wary of returning to Tracy Nails. I feel that the salon needs to seriously reconsider their skills and quality control if they want to justify the cost and maintain customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience at Tracy Nails was a significant letdown. The service failed to deliver the design I specifically requested, and even after an attempted fix, the outcome was still far from acceptable. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback, prompting the salon to improve their service quality and ensure that future clients receive the nail art they deserve. I won’t be returning

I usually get my nails done there however I was really disappointed today with the lack of professionalism of one of the nail tech. He didn’t clean my nails properly and proceeded to put on the shellac color and I asked him to do it again because it was bumpy. The man started giving me attitude and pulled my hand to show his frustration. He was also rushing and made me bleed on 3 fingers. He never apologised for none of this and instead asked his colleague to continue doing my nails because he couldn’t deal with starting again. Had to pay £59 for this when I was not satisfied with the service.

Very rough and rude handling - I felt rushed and when i asked a question they were annoyed with me. I don’t speak their language but I felt very uncomfortable and felt that they were talking about me given the neighbour my technician was talking kept glancing my way. If I’d been rude or annoying I would’ve understood but it was unwarranted and confusing. Would not return or recommend.

Staff are miserable and rude. Poor service when i went in the get my nails done. Colour started coming off after 2 days so went back and asked them to sort and they weren't happy about it. Not one smile, they talk in there language about you and make you feel uncomfortable. Very rough when handling you and heard another customer complain about the same. Will not be returning.

Went in because my current nails were cracked, but they have given me very pretty ombre nails. They were decently priced and didn't take long to do.

I have been going to this nail salon about 4 years never had a problem, in June this year I noticed my thumb nail look like it had a bruise when I went in the shop in June the lady also noticed it and took a photo. Well over the next 2-3 weeks it got worse again they took photos and told me they don’t know what has made my nails changing to black and lumpy, this has never happened to me before. So I went to my doctor who told me it was the way they take off the gel and file down the nails and pick off the gel and also acetone, I am sure they have seen this before and they should of advise me to take a break, but instead saying they did not know what was causing my nails to change. These are my nails now from I first noticed in June. These were taken in shop the thumb 15.6.21 both hands in your shop 1.8.21and yes I do know where I get my nails done and I did ask why this was happening and no one knew why, I came yesterday to take gel off and still no one told me why my nails were like this. And by the way it does say on the photos taken time and place. And at no time anyone told me it was gel damage, my doctor informed me. Even though I asked why my nails were like this. Stop trying to make out I am not telling the truth.
