   I went to USA Stars nails in Battersea and they were amazing. I showed them my nail design and they placed so much detail and precision and my nails look insanely fab. While doing the nail art they always asked for my thoughts and opinions and made sure everything was to a high standard. These are one of the best birthday nails I have ever received.    I have been to almost every nail salon in the Clapham/balham/tooting area since moving to London 3 years ago, this is BY FAR the best salon I’ve been to and will continue to go as long as I’m in the s/w. Could not recommend enough, the girls who work the Saturday are so so lovely. They always do an amazing job and make sure everything is exactly how you want it, 10/10!

   I've been here a few times and it was good but unfortunately this is the last time I'll come here. I came in Friday for a simple design, I showed a staff member the reference images - who suggested that they could do the cat faces and other elements - I figured they offered because they believed to do a good job. Now I see it was just an excuse to get more money. I tried to tell them to remove the designs, they said that it was nearly finished and to keep them. I really hate looking at my nails now... I felt too intimidated to fight for a refund. I also had an appointment after so there's not much I could've done. The designs are uneven and sloppy, I wanted the calico pattern on the white background and not the pink. No idea why the nail tech thought it would look better otherwise... I'm looking elsewhere for any future manicures. Edit: I have added comparison pictures as I was told that my nails don't look that bad (from a staff member who called me). Edit 2: They keep calling me, I don't want to talk to them and have told them I'm not feeling well today. Only way I will take this review down is a full refund. I will not be returning. Stop calling me. This is in response to the reply from the owner: - I agree that I was offered to come back to have my nails redone in solid colours for free but that's not what I wanted in the first place therefore I'm refusing. - Cameras don't show what people think or feel, my father passed away recently, did the cameras pick up my sadness? I did this to treat to myself. I said that I didn't like the nails but was met with resistance. - I understand you have a high rating, I didn't want to do this. I genuinely liked your services in the past and would tell my friends about this location. But please note that you have 1 star reviews which are very similar to mine. - I'm not actually expecting you to refund me. It was incredibly frustrating being called so many times when I've not been feeling well and I told you that.

   It’s been lovely always in the USA STAR NAILS BATTERSEA. The nail technician’s are great. Love the service and will come back! The staff there are friendly and service is good too. Professional and efficient. My nails technician Lucy was very detailed when she did my nails.

   Regularly get my nails done here and also so happy with the service. Really friendly staff and always helpful. Tried out the builder gel today and would highly recommend it, Liam was very fast at applying ensure my nails were perfect! Will be back again for sure!!

   The best nail shop in SW London! The staff are so friendly, you’re welcomed and offered a drink. Nice music and lighting, no job is ever too much for these guys! 100% recommend.
