   Do not come here if you value your time and have anywhere to be. First, I was asked to come half an hour later, and then wasted another half an hour waiting as I had to wait before and during my appointment - the venue seemed overbooked and kept accepting walk ins. Also, the technicians kept changing jumping on and off other people’s appointments which also meant I had to re-explain what I am doing three times to different people. They also do this trick where you cannot book multiple services online without overpaying, and give you a loyalty card points instead. I would rather keep my cash. Not good service at all, not respectful of customer time , and I would recommend against coming here .

   I love this salon. My favourite nail technician is Ha - she does an incredibly thorough job with the pedicure and is always smiling and kind, even though her English isn’t the best. Let’s face it, it’s a million times better than my Vietnamese. In fact I think all of the technicians here are very nice - it’s the customers who I usually see being rude, abrupt and not saying please or thank you. The salon is very clean and they have a great range of colours. I have been going for years.

   My nails just 48 hours after a gel manicure :( When I do gel at home it last about 1.5 weeks on my nails so not sure what the difference was here. My friend’s toe polish also peeled over after two days on multiple nails. The staff was very nice and did a lovely job on the design on my short nails, it’s just a shame it didn’t last

   I got gel manicure with nail art, cuticule care, and massage. I was really happy with everything I got. Very comfortable place, great customer service, and staff are absolutely lovely. It’s quite pricey but I guess that’s the range for west London anyway. I would definitely recommend and would definitely go back again!

   Could not recommend Vivi Nail Spa enough. I was in the area waiting to meet friends and thought I’d pop in whilst I wait to get a gel manicure, and the owner was more than happy to see me even though I was a walk in. The customer service is great from both the owner and her partner, so friendly and accommodating. The shop is clean and well looked after and their work is 10/10, they take a lot of care and effort. Made me realise the other nail shop I’ve been using is absolutely terrible. I think I’ll have to travel across London from now on to get my nails done here!

   Have been going in for over 3 years and love them so much. I don't go anywhere else to get my nails done. My nails always get ton of complements from my friends and passerbys thanks to Vivi's. Shellacs rarely chip and lasts very long. Owners and staffs are very friendly and welcoming.
