   Really very happy with my manicure & pedicure. The nail technician, I think her name was Iwona (apologies if I’ve got that wrong) gave me an exceptional service. I’m very impressed with the nail art, it’s exactly as I wanted it (cute & subtle) and I think l she did a fantastic job. It’s not easy to be so precise but she nailed it (forgive the pun!) Aside from the expert skill, she was very sweet, polite & friendly - it was an absolute pleasure to get my nails done by her at London Grace and I left feeling really pampered :) This place is more expensive that what I’m used to paying for but it’s definitely worth it - I will come back as treat whenever I can :) Thank you!

   Absolutely not worth it.. I had gel nails done here in time for Xmas and have never been more disappointed with a set. They barely lasted 4 days!! Nearly every nail is chipped, the gel is peeling off and looks like I had a fight with nail clippers. The service was mediocre, the women didn’t seem to know what she was doing really and they barely had any of the colour left which is probably why they’ve ended up so bad. Cutesy idea of a cocktail or coffee does not equate to nice nails. Do not go here!

   Visited as a present voucher. Got gel nails. The nails didn’t look great after 10 mins one already dented just from shopping. And bottom of nail varnish not even. Also some nails were not even in colour with gaps of dots. See pic. They didn’t do the cuticles as said that’s not part of a manicure. The finish wasn’t great either .Then at the end charged £26 extra for gel and removal of nail varnish. So with voucher cost that is £60 ish! Not worth it.

   Really disappointed by my gel manicure at London Grace Clapham and certainly not up to a standard they should be charging for. I was left with gel around around the nail and cuticles, edges were not capped resulting in chipping within a couple of days, in general just a really really bad quality of service as you can see by the images. After attempting to contact the team 3 times via email and on Instagram I had no acknowledgment or response for my concerns and it has been a week since my appointment.

   Fantastic nail salon. The staff are very respectful of your nails and use non-invasive treatments so I never stress about pain/damage to my nails. I come here every two weeks for some me-time, and I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my nails again. I cannot overstate how warm and friendly every member of staff I've interacted with is, and how clean and welcoming the whole store is. I love it. I'm so surprised by the few negative Google reviews I've seen- I highly recommend this nail salon.

   Great experience at London Grace in Clapham. The team were so friendly and welcoming. We were a group of 4 and sort of took over the place haha but had a great time. Our nails all look amazing! We were quite specific with our designs and the nail artists were patient and gave great ideas and suggestions. Also, the cocktails are so good - highly recommend the Gin Garden!

   I had been looking forward to visiting True Grace, booked online (which I love) and had high hopes for it - but I won’t return. I had booked an ‘all in’ manicure (as in they do cuticles etc) but on arrival was told there would be a £14 surcharge for taking off my existing gel (on 7 fingers.. not even 10!) I totally understand a take off charge but rather than their regular, they wanted to charge more as it was an OPI gel not done by them. At this point, we are talking £56 for a gel manicure. In the end, as I disputed this, they didn’t charge me the increased price but it felt like they are having a laugh saying we are going to charge more depending on the brand or if you haven’t had them done by them previously. Secondly, the Covid screens in place (which is great and I’m totally a fan of) are absolutely filthy. Sure, acetone and paint stain them but nowhere else I’ve been has this issue and honestly it made the whole place feel grubby. Manicure itself is fine, no issues but for their prices I’d expect to be feel a bit less like they are trying to take you for a ride on the extra costs and to have a clean workspace. Added note - the girl on reception was super friendly and welcoming to all guests whilst I was there. A big asset to them.

   Disappointing experience. Although I had a relatively good pedicure (with Kate doing a great job on French polish), the shellac manicure was terrible. The girl who did it will remain unnamed... Mainly as she wasn't wearing a name badge. Firstly the removal of my previous polish wasn't done properly. She needed to leave the acetone on for much longer. When I mentioned that she said it would be buffed out when she did my manicure and wouldn't be a problem. After she finished you could see the brush strokes and some of the remaining polish underneath. Her response when I questioned the finish was that it was like that because it was a solid colour and I probably wasn't used to it if I usually have the finish of my last colour. I've had the colour before and usually go to the canary wharf branch (who so far have been great) and have never had this problem. She didn't offer to fix and so I went to the till to pay. It was only when I was asked by the manager how my experience was that I explained to her the issue, she saw the finish and got one of the other members of staff to attempt to make the best of a bad job. I gave it 2 stars as they agreed that the original person who worked on them hadn't done them properly and attempted to fix the problem. Unfortunately, you'll see from the photos the finish is poor at best. Not what I'd expect at these prices. Won't be going back to this branch.
