I have booked several packages holidays and a couple of cruises at Hays Stourbridge. All the staff have been very helpful, polite and efficient.
Can't thank Claire and the team enough. We really didn't know where we wanted to go but Claire really took the time to find out what we liked and what our requirements were and found us the perfect hotel and resort, something we wouldn't have thought of or found looking on our own online, so thank you!
Nothing was to much trouble for these ladies. Booking was made easy. Options were given. All in all very pleased and will continue to use them
We specified that I was disabled and required ground floor suite when we went on holiday 3 weeks ago. We had to go up 16 steps to our suite, which was particularly tiresome and very awkward for me using a stick, and took a very long time! The receptionist at our hotel, The Alua, Fuetuventure was very pleasant and offer us another room the following evening, but I just could not think about changing rooms and the upheaval of all that. Myself and my husband were very angry that Hays Travel did NOT put our request for a ground floor suite as priority.
I am very disappointed in hays travel as we recently booked a cruise for 6 people and spending around 13,000 pounds, we booked for rooms with balcony for which we didn’t receive, extra legroom on plane again didn’t receive, the best yet to come . We spent last few days in 5 star hotel to be told again no balcony and no window, luckily manager upgraded us to rooms with window but no view. This was first time for 4 people and celebrating 3 special birthdays. We will never book again with this company, manager was not very helpful at all.
