   Customer service was appealing . Waited for 2 hours in a cold room only to ask the lady who arrived an hour after me to come forward. When I protested, I was ordered to leave. The lady sat there saying nothing. It was disappointing. I would not recommend the nail bar.

   If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went previously 2 weeks ago to get my nails done for my holiday and at first I was pleased with the readily but one day into my holiday they started to just fall off. This surprised me as I’ve had acrylics done from many other shops before and never has this occurred. By the end of my holiday all the acrylics had fallen off!! I went back as soon as I came back from holiday and the lady tried to blame myself and said my pictures were from a different date ( as my father had sent them to me ) I had to go get my fathers phone to tell her the day the pictures were taken and she still proceeded to say well it’s to late . Eventually she redid my nails 3 days ago but as you can see by the pictures all of them accept the thumbs have fallen off . For your own safety I’d never set foot in this salon

   I have been attending this Nail Salon for over 5 years. The previous person that was there named Mary and her team were amazing and polite. The experience I had yesterday going into this premises was shocking. I was very unhappy with the last pedicure I received and I let the young lady that works there now how my experience was on my last visit. She decided to turn around and tell me ‘well if I’m not happy I should go elsewhere’. Moving forward that is exactly what I am going to do. If you cannot handle constructive criticism then your business will more than likely not survive and I can definitely see the downfall of this company. Not only that This is such a disappointment to the reputation of the business. After my awful encounter here I would recommend people to stay far away from this business because you will more than likely get verbally abused if you’re unhappy with the results. If I could give this place a 0 rating I would.

   Standards here have declined with new ownership - their focus is on getting as many customers through the door and rushing through treatments without quality. New owner was initially very friendly with customers but has since developed quite an attitude. Sit in the salon for a few minutes and you’ll see her talk to customers quite rudely. Shame as this was once a thriving small business with a regular clientele.

   Absolutely disgusted - risk of getting infection. Not worth the infection. Deserves zero stars! The nail tech did my manicure while on a FaceTime video call with her phone on her lap, she was so distracted and didn’t pay attention to my mani. She cut my skin and I started bleeding, she used a previously USED, BLOODY tissue (not mine) to treat my wound and when I noticed the used tissue she crumpled it up to hide the old blood. She still requested payment for this HORRENDOUS treatment. She had no idea how to treat my wound

   ABSOLUTELY AVOID, WHAT A DISGUSTING PLACE AND STAFF... I stepped into this shabby establishment only to remove my nails, I stepped through the door to a rude, frosty feeling, no one spoke, I then politely asked how long, where the girl replied 'no' I then said 'no sorry I said how long' she shook her head laughed and said ' I don't know' This kind of behaviour leads me to believe that maybe it's racism but they are the same colour as me as I'm mixed race but then the question still remains why would these people show such ignorance. I'm truly upset and will avoid at all cost and as I have a large following on social media I will also make sure I let people so they avoid this place :/

   Worst Pedicure Ever!! I have been given a pedicure for literally 7 to 8 minutes. I felt like as soon as you get inside they want to get you out as if they have certain target of customers everyday. Horrible service and absolutely no value or satisfaction for money. The services have declined is quality big time. I will not recommend this place for manicure and pedicure unless you want to get it done for literally 7 to 8 minutes. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

   Went to get nails done for my birthday, and was very happy with the end result. The lady knew exactly what to do when I showed her a picture of the type of nails I wanted. Overall I'm very happy with the way they came out ❤
