   I absolutely love coming to lush nails, Sophie took care of me as soon as I walked in. I wanted to get my nails and toes done and she made it happen, even though she was busy, even though it was packed! She even gave me oranges and was patient when I was making payment. Good service x

   Do NOT recommend. Went in to have my nails cut down slightly, showed the guy exactly how long I wanted them and he cut them almost down to my finger tip. My nail was originally about 3/4 to an inch long above my finger tips. I complained and was told I’d have to have them taken off and a new set put on, which the manager was then going to charge me £35 for a new set when it was her subordinates fault for how my nails now were. I even offered to pay half but she wasn’t willing to do that. Also the nails that are left once he had finished messing them up aren’t even straight. I originally had them done in that very same shop 2 weeks ago.

   I’ve been coming for a while because I liked the way they did nails, always a perfect set. I notice every time I’m In the salon there’s an argument about the price. Recently I went to get my same set with a pedicure, I looked at the price list and continued. When I went to pay she said £20 pounds over what I had calculated from the price list. I didn’t say anything but another lady was also paying and had the same issue. My pedicure was very very weak aNd the young man was clearly tired (kept saying his hungry to the client next to me who noticed the slackness). I won’t be goi g back to lush nails and it’s a shame because they was ok at nails. I’ve now found a better more cost effective and reliable nail technician.

   I love the lady who own the shop but all her new employees have NO MANNERS WHAT SO EVER, kissing his teeth and being rough with my hands, I had to check him before I got rude because I never had a issue in this shop before she change up the staff members, I only go there now if I need last minute nails

   They used a towel from another person so it was wet I asked no drill they said what should they use then ? I got no top coat no oil on my cuticles and cream for my foot. Then they tried to charge me £35 for a normal polish pedicure it wasn’t until they saw my face and said sorry £25. When leaving I said I won’t be back and I pointed out the flaws. Hygiene is not there I observed them using tools on multiple people it’s just not what I’m used to

   Very rude staff member. Young guy who did my nails completely ignored the design style I showed him and did it his own way. After doing the gel base he started the design and I was getting a bit concerned with how it was looking so I tried to look at the picture on my phone I had originally showed him, but I couldn’t as my nails were still curing. Then he asked if I was happy with it so far so I decided to ask him to change it slightly to look more like the original picture I had originally showed him and he started to sound aggressive and wouldn’t change it saying it wouldn’t look good and forced me to to keep it how it was. Then as he carried on, he asked me again if I was happy, so I said I would prefer if he stuck to the original but then he raised his voice and insisted he couldn’t do it. It was a small correction and wouldn’t have taken long to fix on the two nails he had already painted but he refused and made me feel very uncomfortable so I didn’t insist. If I had pressured him to change it he definitely would have shouted or gotten angry so I just kept my mouth shut, paid and left unhappy. Wish I had stood up for myself and insisted before I had paid. What’s the point of asking if I am happy if you’re just going to be rude and ignore the client? Plus the nails look slightly wonky and mis-shapen. Very disappointed in my nails and the service and a waste of money. Be careful who you go to here.

   The last few times I've visited I've left feeling disappointed, time to look for a new nail shop. BTW that gap you see is the way it was done! You walk out looking like you need an infill.
