Been getting my nails done here since I was 5 (painted at that age) and they have always been so friendly and lovely. Nails always look amazing 100% recommend
They made me feel unwelcomed. A friend recommended this place, however she is young and beautiful where's I'm not!...hence my awful treatment. I arrived before my appointment time. The staff member asked me 3 times if I've booked, when I asked if there was a problem and I can go elsewhere she said "Can you"? 3 other customers came in after me, they got served before me. The service I received was below standard, my gel Polish was see-through so I had to ask for another coat of Polish. I don't normally give a business 1 star! But they made me feel like I was only 1 star when I left there shop.
Had my nails done today and so happy with them The lady was very friendly and offered me tea or coffee. Think she said her name was Amy. I had Biab underneath a general gel as well as a design
Lovely lady did my nails as requested. Everyone was friendly to the customer. I was offered a drink. Great price too. Will be returning
Would highly recommend Lisa from Tina Nails. I am a male who frequently bites his nails and needed a natural looking replacement to make them look more attractive as well as give me a reason not to bite them more! Lisa managed to do this and I am very impressed with the results (shown) - thanks again Lisa!
Always walk out of here happy! Lovely staff who really do look after their loyal customers.
Sadly this place has gone downhill. I first started using this salon in 2020 and the technicians and service was impeccable. However things have changed. Most of the staff have left and been replaced. But most importantly, appointments are not prioritised over walk ins. If someone walks in at the time of your appointment just before you do the salon takes the walk in as a priority over your appointment with no communication about this until you ask after sitting and waiting patiently to be called. I’m now trying another salon since this is the third time in a row I’ve had to wait, come back another day or have half of the treatments I have booked for.
Sadly, I will never come here again. I usually do my own gel nails that last up to 3 weeks but as a treat, I went to get them done by a professional. The man who served me completely rushed his way through them (took 15 mins); he got gel polish all over my skin and when I asked him to remove it, he simply said it would chip off in time; I then spent 30 mins at home tidying them all up and to top it all off, 8 days later they’ve all lifted and I’ve just peeled them all off. Definitely not worth £20!
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Quite happy with my pedicure. Would definitely be going there again.
