   staff here were friendly but the actual service unfortunately wasn’t great they had cut my fingers leaving them sore and bleeding. Unevenly painted nails i don’t recommend coming here.

   Overcharged me for infils, it should NOT have been £30 and I only realised when I got home. The nails were so badly done and were already chipping 5 minutes later when I was shopping. The nails also stung so badly due to anti septic and excessive heat lamp. Horrendous nails and I am never going back here. The fastest way to lose a loyal customer is to overcharge them.

   10/10 experience here. I came in wanting Christmas nails and the nail tech did such a good job! Quick and efficient, and amazing nail shape. She was so gentle too. I wish I got her name, but she was lovely, as were all staff.

   As much as I really loved the design, I just felt the quality was really poor for £40 and I suffered an injury as my nails were being done. My nails were sore for a couple of days and were quite tender. I asked for a refund but didn't receive one.

   walked in the shop and no one even looked up or acknowledged me entering, woman said no, she’s not doing the length i asked, seemed annoyed at me once i showed her i wanted a design. bad application, acrylic was not filed properly and applied over my nail bed on my skin. cut my finger whilst filing. then was charged £55. asked for french tip and it looked like it was her first time doing nails. wasn’t neat at all never coming back here again. went for my birthday nails and left the shop holding back tears

   Most awful nail bar iv been too got my toes and nails done, my nails was nice basic plain nails but my toes (French tip) seemed okay until my big toenail started going black??? 2 weeks later And my other big toe nail got infected and mayday hospital had to remove my nail also the price for my toes and nails 85 pound all together?? Awful place DO NOT GO

   I got my nails done a few days ago simple colour and shape, though they do not look natural like my own nails. You can clearly see that the nails were not painted properly, when i checked my nails you could see on some nails the acrylic was uneven, near the cuticle are you can also see my real nails and the acrylic on. Last Summer i went to get my nails done at the same salon they were a bit better than the ones i have on right now eventhough the ones i got done last summer did have a few bubbles after the nail polish was dried.

   One of the worst Shellac manicure and pedicure I’ve ever received and this for 55£! The color was painted on as if it was by a 10 year old. The manicure was started on dry hands and she filed my natural nails off. The color was literally everywhere on my nails, the polish came out with bubbles and dark dirt spots that were just ignored and the polish on the toes is just a joke I mean just have a look at the pictures. My natural nails are usually very nice, but she made them look wobbly and not straight. Also it was really hard to find a decent polish since all their colors are crazy pinks and glitters. I honestly believe that the pictures they’ve put online are stolen from the internet because I can tell you there is no one that skilled in the store, since I watched other people’s manicures. Also it’s one of those places where they gossip about you in their own language. However the other worker seemed much friendlier, but communicating in English is extremely limited, they wouldn’t understand what I wanted that’s why I opted for the easiest procedure. Definitely a waste of time and money, feel sorry for the owner of the shop to hire such unprofessional staff.
