   Now David is not there the standards are so poor , the gentlemen, that was doing my nails made it very clear he did not want to be there , have been going there for over 10years and unfortunately I will not go back again

   Worst set of nails I have ever seen. I had a slightly older man do my nails, and after being quoted £65 for some very basic designs, I opted for a matte black acrylic set. Instead of priming my nails gently, he used the electric filer to shave down my cuticles which is the moment I should have got up and left, he has then proceeded to give me the worst set I’ve ever seen, I didn’t notice how bad it was until I left the shop but I had a busy day so no time to go back for a full new set.

   Took my wife here to have her nails done. She said Peter and his staff are always friendly but professional. She wouldn't go anywhere else. She has been going here for many years for both new nails and infills.Always felt welcome.

   If I tell you these nails were done in 35/40 min. This is absolutely amazing, I only had 1 hour break and still had time for my lunch I am speechless. The guy that uses glasses (not sure about his name) is a life saver, super relaxed and friendly.

   Went in here Tuesday got infills 3 days later I had to get my nails removed due to looking really bad and waiting for sometime I understood due to the nail salon being busy and I got asked what I wanted and I said I can wait and got told good you do not speak to your customers in that way if you want your customers to come back to your business. I went back on Saturday to get my nails removed an new ones put back on they asked me what I wanted so I said clear tips with colour they said that was okay , not knowing there’s two different types of clear nail acrylic and got told the colour won’t show I knew what I was talking about they should of mentioned to me that there’s two different types of nails . I felt like I wanted to leave & I felt humiliated the way I got treated but due to the time and having work next day I stayed until my nails was finished used to like going here but due to how i got treated considering not coming back hope this experience don’t happen to no one else

   I had a flight to catch the same day and they were very quick, however I got my two big toes done extensions and one came off the same day a couple hours after getting it done. I had to redo it in Tenerife which looked way better. Service was good, very nice people but the toe extension coming off same day was a big no for me.

   Very poor quality nail shellac nail polish. How are my nails chipping? It’s shellac ??? after I went back a second time to repaint it after they chipped a first time??? And they told me if it happens again just come back. This means they know their polishes aren’t good quality. £25 down the drain basically. Smh.
