   TANIA. I recently got my nails done by Tania and I’m extremely happy with the results. She is very professional, friendly, and truly skilled at her work.    I feel terrible leaving this review because the staff were genuinely very sweet but unfortunately this was the worst BIAB application I’ve ever had. The nails looked thick and unsightly — almost like buttons. I raised my concerns twice: the first technician drilled them down and the second started over and drilled them again. While I was there, I overheard another client complaining about the exact same issue — how thick her red nails looked. It was disappointing overall, despite the lovely staff.

   I am really disappointed with my nails. I had UV BIAB with tips, and they only lasted 10 days. On the fifth day, my index nail broke off, and on the seventh day, my thumb nail followed. I wanted to return and have them redone, but I felt it would be pointless since I was so disappointed last time. I spoke with professional nail technicians who said that a UV BIAB treatment should take at least 2-3 hours. However, mine only took an hour and a half, and they mentioned that not enough layers were applied; I only had a thin layer. This further discouraged me from going back. I paid £55 for this, and it's frustrating to see it go to waste. Although I’ve been a loyal customer for several years, I've decided not to return. My previous nail technician, Candy, always did an excellent job, but since she left, I’ve been seeing Tanya. While Tanya is skilled, I haven't been happy with my last two visits. It's unfortunate that I won’t be coming back, as I used to enjoy my visits here.

   Going here for the 1st time Customer service was good only downside was wish the pedicure was more of proper foot spa feeling and not just soaking my feet in bubble water for a few minutes and for £35 I have had better. but Mimi done a good job

   Been going here for a few months now, the decor attracted me and the amazing service has kept me coming back. The booking system is easy to use, never seen such perfect infills done in 30 mins before coming here. I highly recommend the paraffin pedicure, I get the gel manicure and the colour remains intact the whole month.

   I went there a week ago to get my nails and eyebrows done for a wedding. The salon looks very nice and the staff was nice as well. The nail technician I went to took into account that I have sensitive nails and was very gentle. The manicure looked very nice afterwards. The reason for my 3 star review is, within 3 days on 3 of the nails the polish had cracked. Now it is 7 days later and I have 4 nails left that the polish actually looks good. There is air on the edge of most of them. So my manicure did not last long, and paying 25£ for it I would expect better.

   I went to Sudan for the first time today after discovering them on Instagram. I had my nails done by Yuni and I would highly recommend her. I am so incredibly happy with my nails! She was kind and professional and did a fantastic job. Their receptionist was also lovely as I was running late due to train issues, but she helped me reschedule for a slightly later time and was really nice about it. Overall, would definitely recommend this nail salon and I’m excited to go back when I need my nails done again!
