   Wonderful concept - nails and cocktails. It's also waterless, which is great from an environmental and anti-bacterial perspective. But it's relatively pricey for a full manicure with cuticle trim and all, and the nail polish job is pretty bad. The staff is friendly and helpful but I just can't get over the quality of the paint job... Will not be returning.

   The most over priced “pedicure” I’ve ever had in my life. I paid £55 for them to remove my shellac and then for them to shape them and put new shellac on. They charge £16 to take off shellac?!! The staff were also pretty rude which I would not expect at that price.

   Fabulous - can't fault the experience! From the friendly staff to the manicure itself, the neat environment and the range of drinks on offer, London Grace gave us a great experience for a friend's birthday. Would definitely recommend looking at their group options. We each had the full works on our nails - shape, cuticles, buff, colour, even a hand massage! We're very happy with the results and thank you London Grace for a great birthday celebration!

   The worst I’ve ever had, worldwide. Would have done a much better job at home. My fingers hurt and cuticles peeling too a day later. Horrible application and a nightmare or finishing. Topped off with terrible customer service offering a 30% discount and blaming me because I requested a light buff vs buffing my whole nail off, which is not really the root to horrible application. A total nightmare of an experience topped off my bad management and technicians.

   Great place to get your nails done. The staff are really friendly and professional and mad my short nails look fantastic. I had the Hunky Dory Shellac gel manicure done and I'm very pleased with the result. There's lots of colours to choose from. You can have a drink as you have your nails done and the lattes are really nice. This is the second time I've been here and plan to come back in the future. I'd recommend this place to my friends.
