   This salon used to be decent. The shop changed owners some time back and it’s just never been the same since. Quality has gone down, environment is extremely unwelcoming and the owner is just downright unprofessional. Several times I’ve gone in for my nails, I witnessed the owner speaking condescendingly to other workers in the store in front of clients… ignoring clients who walk in… talking loudly on the phone… eating in front of clients… it’s giving unprofessional. There’s no friendliness, it’s just “get in and get out”. And it’s not like the nail products are good quality either - my fresh set chipped within a day. Please avoid if possible, there are so many more better, cleaner and welcoming salons in London.

   “I wish I could give zero stars. One star is more than this deserves.” I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience. Even though I had an appointment, I was told mid-session to wait 5 minutes because a threading client had arrived — that ‘5 minutes’ turned into 15, wasting my time. On top of that, the staff kept speaking in their own language in front of me the entire time, which felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. The nail work itself was poor — I could have done a better job at home. Maybe it was because I booked for nail varnish instead of gel, but they were unfriendly and kept pushing waxing and facial treatments. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and I left feeling very disrespected.

   Absolutely amazing job she did on my pedicure and my friend’s manicure. I was so grateful for the care, attention and the perfectly polished finished. Atmosphere was comfortable & chic, and there was great efforts made in ensuring we had all that we needed. Everything was10/10!!!!!!!!

   Had an amazing french gel manicure here. The owner is super friendly and the salon is gorgeous. Nice touches like the phone chargers on each table. Tunde did my manicure perfectly and I'll definitely come back here again for my nails as it's so convenient to where I work and the prices are fab for the service you receive.

   This place is fabulous. The staff are kind and very proffesional. I have now had four visits and it is now my preferred nail bar in this area. The salon is spotlessly clean, comfortable and the service efficient and thorough. Today I brought my daughter who is temporarily in a wheelchair and we could access the salon and have her nails done. Thank you so much.

   This is by far the best place for manicure and pedicure in the whole area. Tunde is brilliant at her job - a perfectionist. She takes time and uses fresh products always. The salon is absolutely spotless. I have noticed some unfavourable reviews and they simply have to be fake. Look in next time you pass, and you’ll see what i mean
