They did my nails so nice and perfect! I’m really happy with how they turned out—such great attention to detail and a flawless finish. Highly recommend!
I had a generally good experience at this salon, but the payment situation was disappointing. They don’t take card payments, and because I had to pay by bank transfer, I was charged an unexpected £2 fee. It felt unfair, especially since I wasn’t told about it beforehand. When I called later to mention that this extra charge isn’t stated anywhere, I was told very unprofessionally that I “don’t have to come back.” I hope they improve transparency and customer service.
Fantastic experience here. The lady who did my nails (so sorry, didn't get your name!) was so quick, efficient and talented. It was the perfect service for a lunch break manicure. Highly recommend to anyone in Beckenham or surrounding areas!
I’ve been going to KV nails for about 5-6 years now and I just keep coming back because when I try any other place, I don’t come away with the same pampered feeling I get here. They really take time to be gentle but thorough with your nails, taking into to consideration what design you’d like and shape. And the inside is very relaxed and pretty! And they have a loyalty card which is always a perk! I recommend them 100%. Here are some examples of my nails by them!
Very poorly done, she had painted my nails and they were dry when I left but when I got home they were completely streaky and horrible. There was also still dirt under my nails. Extremely poor customer service, I called them up to say I was not happy and the lady very rudely said I can’t do anything about it over the phone. Not even a simple I’m sorry please come and we can sort it out for you. There are much better nail places that do a much better job not worth £15. I asked for my money back and a refund it apparently not possible. The lady said she would repaint my nails but that is it. Do not go here!! I went back in 30 minutes after getting them done and instead of being helpful the lady complained about how bad my nails are and how she couldn’t do anything. Horrible place and service.
I live in the area so decided to try them on several occasions. I found that staff aren’t friendly and for the price you’re paying, the manicure and pedicure wasn’t done properly. It was how the shop looked that caught my eye but after going several times, I don’t think it’s worth the money or experience.
We went in with my daughter today and they made her feel so special and she loved every minute of it. It was her first grown up manicure experience as this was something I’d promised to take her for. The only thing was no card payment which had no sign so I was not prepared. But the lady quickly came up with a solution. Thank you!
Lovely staff, full selection of gel colours and very clean salon. I was very happy with my nails after first visit so I will be rebooking. Nail tech was very quick and did a fab job.
This was my second vist today and after a not so great finish I was not too sure about revisiting. My first visit left me with extra glue on my fingers and the nails were longer than I wanted. However I have decided it was the male technician that doomed that day. Today a female technician did an infill and even she asked me where I had my nails done. When I replied with "here" and by who she and her colleague exchanged words to which I can only assume "not surprised". My nails are now as I intended short and sleek and nicely finished. A* service and ambience was perfect.
