Absolutely disgusting service no one listens to me when they cut me multiple times I ended up leaving without my nails being painted and was still charged £25
I love this nail salon me and my mum go here all the time and the staff are very friendly and kind despite language barrier they’ll always aim to give you best quality nails. They’re gentle and efficient when handling nails and never disappoint. My nails usually last 6 weeks definitely worth while.
Nice place, quick service if you turn up or you can book an appointment, good prices. Gel/shellac chipped by the end of the second week though so I get SNS here, which is great, lovely colour.
Was upset when I first found out the owner changed but to be honest it's still brilliant. They are always lovely and polite and I always love my nails. The prices are really good too and they have loyalty cards
Not clean - there's an ashtray with a budda full of cigarette butts on the floor - and the female technician is rude and pushy, lying that it's a 30 min wait when you'll be waiting for 1 hour+. They also rush your nails to try and get the fed up and annoyed customers seen faster, resulting in a set of nails not worth the money (wonky and chipped in my case).
Terrible customer service. The female business owner is exceptionally ill mannered and takes offence if you ask for a specific person to do your nails and not her. I've been coming to one the guys in there for years and she refuses to be courteous to me because of it. I will be going to another shop next fortnight
