   EDIT: I requested a refund and this was their reply 'if you can delete the review for us, we will consider refunding your nail service'. The appointment was late at least 30min. The place itself looks messy and not well kept so I have concerns how hygienic it is. The guy barely spoke English and seemed visibly annoyed when I said that the colour doesn’t match the pallet, he was not helpful at all to suggest which shade might be the right one. At the end of the appointment I’ve noticed that nails on one hand were shiny and on the other - matte. When I’ve asked if that’s normal they told me it’s because of oil and I will be able to wash it off. Well I’ve washed and scrubbed yesterday and today and still no luck which makes me question, if it was cured correctly. Disappointing service. Wouldn’t recommend.

   It was my usual beauty salon; I'm a regular customer. The guy who usually does my manicures attended to me. I arrived at 5:47 and there were only two people working with several girls waiting. It was 7:00 sharp and I was still there. I had to leave without them finishing the manicure I had requested. I'm completely disappointed. I don't live in the area; I only traveled there because I really trusted the place. They really hurt me a lot; there was blood on my fingers from all the pressure they put on filing my nails. It hurts so much. I left disappointed and with tears in my eyes because I trusted that place so much. It wasn't what I wanted, and yet I paid 37 pounds for a job that wasn't even finished. I thought it was expensive. I also always have to pay in cash when I go because they tend to get annoyed when people want to make a bank transfer. completely disappointed …..

   Came in originally for the red tips, nice young man made his art and I loved it. Prices are very fair. Returned back to the shop about an hour later as I wanted to add the letter to my design, they helped me at no extra cost. Ask if you are okay throughout and explain allot.    Went for a pedicure with a friend. Salon is very bright and clean, staff are very friendly. For £23 it was really good! Got normal polish which could be a little more even and neat but for the price still good regardless. Will definitely be back and pay attention to when they're painting to point out any smudges etc.
