Very disappointed with this service. Asked for cat eye, builders infill, and got neither service. The shade applied did not match the swatch. The technician cut corners and didn’t listen to my preferences. Also spent an hour removing the BIAB, even though I asked for infill. My nails are now incredibly brittle. The technician handed me over to the nail painter, who had never done cat eye before and had to be shown by the technician. She did not manage to do it obviously. I also had a cut on my finger which there was no sensitivity to. The technician kept poking it in complete disregard. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Amazing service. Got a gel removal and reapplication on toes and nails - look so nice and such good quality, last for absolutely ages. The technicians are really nice and careful - they also helped with a bump Ive been struggling with on one nail and it’s now back to normal! Would recommend to anyone.

**Disappointing Experience – Overpriced with Poor Service** I wouldn’t recommend this salon. The nail colour selection is limited, and the shade applied doesn’t match the swatch—it appears the polishes may have been mixed with other colours or acetone. The service was subpar, and I felt overcharged for the quality received. During my pedicure, I had to ask for the massage chair to be used, and there was an unnecessary wait while staff located the remote. The technician cut corners and didn’t listen to my preferences. Customer service was equally disappointing—rather than addressing concerns, the staff argued instead of listening. Overall, the salon is badly run, overpriced, and lacks professionalism. I left very unhappy and would advise others to look elsewhere for better quality and service

The ladies were accommodating to fit me in. They were super gentle on my nails, no cuticle cuts or aggressive filing. The cuticle cutters I had came from a UV lamp box so were sterile. I was also able to test a few colours before choosing. Not the like the place next door (Ruby Nails) which made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Will 100% be back, and likely for a pedicure too, thank you.

The price is fair and pattern is ok. but the attitude was horrible. For what shape they can do, the person who did my nail refuse to answer the question just tell me to google. No communication the moment I sit on the chair she started to grind the nails, even broke the skin of my right thumb. Most importantly! For cash only £40 extension, they didn’t even do a manicure which is the very basic for every nail salon. Overall disappointed and unpleasant experience.

RACIST! I would give no stars if I could!I don’t usually write reviews but I am so embarrassed I feel like it is necessary. I watched as 7 white women came, got their nails done and paid at the end of their service. The woman doing my nails was visibly agitated by my presence from the start, she then asked me to pay up front before she painted my nails I had £30 in cash, I got a full set acrylics with normal polish, I gave her the £30 she then said I owed her £32, I asked if it would be ok for me to go and withdraw the £2 after my nails were done she said “not really”. The entire time I was polite. I was also charged £10 for a take off and all he did was flick off the acrylic nails, no acetone or anything. I was also told off for smudging my nails, I’m 26 years old and they seem to think this was appropriate! I was wearing leggings, trainers and a puffer jacket, I don’t know whether this contributed to my treatment! I will never go again and would suggest any black/mixed race women to go elsewhere. Diamond nails isn’t too far from this place and they are lovely and do a good job I would recommend going there instead.

Honestly my favourite nail shop. You can never go wrong with any service here. Everyone is so nice and will always take care to your needs and what you want. I’ve come here a few times and they have always done such an amazing job with my nail sets. I would recommend booking an appointment as they can get busy resulting in wait times.

Absolutely the best that I have been to. Gentle, quick work. Extremely good quality of their powder. Always try to bring a picture as your reference and they literally do exactly what you show them - if not better! I really love going to them! They do booking and they do walk ins so don’t even stress about an appointment, you’ll wait for a few minutes - they will always assist you x

I recommend Tuan, as she’s extremely precise and professional. Removed gel Polish - my nails were not scratched afterwards like with at other salons, cleaned my cuticles as my skin was very bad, nail shaped just as I asked, applied 3 layers of polish and gave me options for decorations (I went for autumn themed stickers) + top coat. She was very quick, my hands afterwards were soft and fingers and nails flawless! Removal + new gel + 4 decorations was £35 (cash only, it can be prepaid online). Definitely will go again!
