   I actually came into this salon to fix a manicure I got done yesterday at another salon, that did gel on my nails but so thin that the nails were bending every which way. The staff here were so kind, they fixed my nails by adding a top coat to harden everything up and didn’t even charge me for it. Very friendly and helpful, I am grateful for their service!

   The manager or the owner I don’t know exactly what’s her position, but it looks she’s the one in charge. A middle age woman with glasses, cannot be more impolite and rude. She talk to you like you own her something. Also I had to go back because after A WEEK two of my nails fell off, I had to be for a week with no nails in two of my finger since I couldn’t go to put them back. When I went and I tried to explain the woman so so rude, the guy who did them was even ruder like they don’t want to work. The same they after I had to go to re- do two of my nails, one of the them cheeped. The experience was really really bad. No recommend at all

   Booked in for Mani + Pedi plus normal polish Attention to detail is lacking resulting in me having to ask and prompt for a better clean up of skin even when skin / nail weren’t cur properly. When ask a couple of times to redo / check was rushed and not done correctly. Hygiene was an issue with utensils being dropped on the floor, including blades, and then picked up and used again. I had one of the male technicians. I won’t be returning here.

   I had a fabulous experience here, talked and got my nails done by the owner. She was literally the sweetest woman and was so gentle with my hands. The price is great and so is the quality of the work. 10/10 will come back again

   Always professional and my nails look amazing. I have acrylic nails and they are better shaped and last linger than anywhere else I have been to locally. Only problem is they are very popular and busy - you may have to wait sometimes.

   I'm actually shocked by the pics and reviews on here. I've been going here for 2 years and I find the staff absolutely lovely. Although some staff are better at nails than others. overall I never have a reason to complain about my nails. They are nice to me and on occasions I've had to bring my children they are lovely to them. The worst thing about this salon is the way some of the customers talk to the staff. It's embarrassing to watch. But as a regular who is always polite. I get great service.

   The man doing my nails didn't listen at all I was charged £45 for an ombre dipping full set and £20 to do a shellac change of colour on my toes. My nails were horrendously curved and thick, it was the complete opposite to what I asked for and basically told me it'd have to do. He originally said the colour acrylic was the same price as gel polish and then once he started he then charged me an extra £10 for the ombre and £5 for 4 painted marbled fingers. I had to go somewhere else to have them fixed today and the man was laughing at me and said what did he do. He tried to correct them but said my best option was to take off and re-do which he also said wasn't fair to me considering how much I'd already spent. Absolutely fumming after having another nail tec confirm my opinion and I'll be calling for a refund tomorrow. Considering I told him I usually have Apres gels put on this is horrific. He used the cheapest lowest quality tips and overcharged me.

   I wanted her to do my nails and I asked her for a simple French nail design however she gave me a completely different design which was not what I asked for I will attach a picture of what I wanted and what I received. so I returned a few days later to ask for some sort of compensation either she can redo them or give us the money back however she said that it would cost £30 to re-do the nails that we wanted she then tried to charge us £38 for no reason at all. She was also trying to get customers input getting them to agree with her which they didn’t. Please do not come to this place I would never recommend it to anyone.
