I’ve been having my nails done here for few months now, and I can’t be happier! My nails have never been so healthy, long and strong!! Lovely staff, fair price. All of them are amazing, Particularly Lili she not only does an amazing job with nails, but also great in managing and giving advice! Lovely and friendly atmosphere! Highly recommend!
I absolutely love my nails! Got my nails done today and the lady who did them was absolutely amazing! She remembered the design even after seeing the photo once and she was very nice and funny! I believe she was the main person for the salon! I highly recommend getting your nails done here!!
I had a biab manicure done early Feb in this salon and loved the result! I sadly chipped two nails at work today (17th Feb) carrying furniture. They took me in that same evening without any appointment (despite being quite busy) and fixed my two nails at no cost. Thanks so so much for your generosity and I will definitely be coming back for my infills and would recommend this salon anytime! (Photo was taken after the two nail fixes)
This salon can be a bit hit and miss. Generally good but the male employee lets them down. Heavy handed and nicks the skin often (doesn’t even apologise when he does this!) and is sloppy when filing - my nails ended up different lengths and a variation of oval/rounded square shapes with rough edges. He also charged £30 for an infill which is more than I have paid there before but I couldn’t be bothered questioning; I just wanted to get out of there!
Sadly they pretended to do a full pedicure but didn’t. No foot or leg scrub, had to ask them to do my cuticles, just gel nails and a bit of moisturiser on my feet. However full charge of a spa pedicure .. dishonest and short cut service. Only take cash so they can get past paying uk tax. Don’t use them

Love this team - it's a lovely relaxed experience getting my nails done. They've taken me as a walk in a couple of times and then explained that it's best to book - just call and figure out a time. I had acrylics at first as I needed to let my nails recover from being picked and bitten - they lasted about 3 months of being redone and my nails have recovered. They understood what I was trying to do and left the acrylics on and just filed down to the (pretty and practical) length I wanted. The colours they have are amazing, this time I got a custom job, which has made me so happy (chrome nails!) and they last. There is always the offer to pop in if I just need a quick fix up. Would totally recommend if you're based in the area.
Unprofessional, greedy and do not care about customers. I booked an appointment for 6 to be told that my appointment was not on the “system” which appeared to be a tattered book. I was accepted for the appointment despite it not appearing on the system and made to wait nearly an hour. In that time, another client who booked an appointment was made to go home and return. The worst part is the nail technician (I believe she’s the owner) instructed her colleague to start removing the shellac on my nails and left the acetone on for over 20 mins which left both my nails/skin very dry. I came here as I had a good experience before and this salon was recommended by a friend. The same friend told me she had an awful experience and would not return. I know this is a fairly new business and I really didn’t want to leave a bad review but the customer service was so bad, I would not recommend this place to anyone. A shame really, as the nail techs do manicures and pedicures quite well.
