   I did my nails here for the 3rd time, and the staff are always so nice and gentle! They didn’t hurt at all, were really calm and friendly, and the prices are great. I’ll definitely come again and recommend this place to others!

   Overall good experience Good pricing and my nails lasted long(6 weeks) The workers were also nice and made sure that I got what I wanted. If I had to be picky about anything I'd just say it seemed a bit untidy with lots of dust and the man filing my nails was a bit rough and the shape was SLIGHTLY off but it was barely noticeable. My middle finger only looks that short because my hand closed weird, the nails were all the same length

   I have been visiting since December! The elderly person who greets the clients is extremely rude and repels the clients. the other thing that impresses is the poor hygiene of the salon. Extremely dirty, there is dust everywhere and there is no cleaning between the clients. I leave the salon covered in dust and waste material. There is only one man who works professionally. The staff is not friendly, there is no communication with the client, they say with each other constantly in their language which I think is unprofessional. I think I will not continue to visit

   I been several times and a few years ago the staff before Covid was better .. this new staff don’t understand I would say something the manager has to explain I wanted coffin nails I got round .. am saying no was still doing and this happened several times.. another thing I notice manager say one price and when it’s time to pay it’s a different price … eventually I stopped going .. it have 1 guy there who is really good but unfortunately you won’t get him every time you go there so no point

   The worst nail shop i have ever been to in terms of service. The man who I believe is the ‘manager’ is very nasty. So rude. A few are so aggressive with their movements while doing nails. Lolo nails’ service is much better, they are way nicer as well as la golden nails. All of them - especially the manager need to take a customer service course to create a nicer and more inviting environment. From as simple as ‘hello’ they cannot do.

   Charging me extra for nails that don’t look the same as the photo. Expressed that I wasn’t happy with the nails. Then the manager approaches and starts to speak in their language with the nail tech. Clearly speaking negatively of me due to the tone in the nail tech’s voice. Manager laughs, walks away then continues to charge me an extra fee, knowing I wasn’t happy with the outcome of nails. Horrible customer service.
