   I recently visited Diamond Top Nails for a new set of nails, and I was absolutely amazed by the exceptional service, attention to detail, and friendly atmosphere! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm smiles and made to feel right at home. The salon is immaculate, beautifully designed, and has a soothing vibe that puts you at ease straight away. The nail tech was truly professional and incredibly talented. They walked me through different options and helped me pick the perfect style and shape to suit me. The application was flawless, my nails are perfect.

   If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I’ve been getting my nails done consistently for years, and I’ve never had an experience as terrible as this. I told the nail tech multiple times that he was hurting me, and instead of correcting his technique, he completely ignored me. He cut several of my fingers to the point of making me bleed — not just tiny nicks, but painful cuts that should never happen during a professional nail appointment. I was so uncomfortable and disappointed that I stopped the appointment early, yet I was still charged the full price for nails that looked shocking. The colour wasn’t even what I asked for, and when I pointed it out, the “solution” offered was to cover it with a dark brown — which obviously was nothing like the inspo colour I had shown. This place is not only unprofessional but unsafe. The lack of care, disregard for pain, and refusal to take responsibility is unacceptable. For your own health, safety, and money, I strongly suggest you do not go here. There are far better salons that actually care about their clients. Also they were so chunky they feel awful and will be removed as soon as another salon is open.

   I must have been pointed in the direction of Diamond Tip nails like 10yrs ago. The owner is so lovely and helps me all the time creating new designs. I have never been to any other nail tech. And the remodel of the shop is so inviting and a relaxing environment. My monthly pamper time in the perfect place.

   I started coming to this nail shop in June 2021 and gave received exceptional service ever since. I always see Quinnih, she always takes her time to ensure she provides the best service. She is super creative and can always recreate the nail ideas I bring. She plays close attention to detail each time. Nina and the other staff are always very helpful and friendly. Love this Diamond too nails

   I first went here in December 2020 as my sister recommended it for me and I’ve been going ever since. The customer service is amazing! Nina and her staff never disappoint. My nails are always lovely, the prices are perfect and the salon is always clean, if you get a early appointment you’re often offered tea/coffee or water which is a nice start to the day. I would certainly recommend! Chelsea x

   Book an appointment as it gets quite busy at every time of the day to be honest! However, if you do happen to pop in, Nina and the rest of the team ALWAYS do their best to accommodate. You might even get a cup of coffee whilst you get your nails done if it’s really early in the morning. Decent prices and I always love my nails and feet. I literally cannot go anywhere else to do get a manicure or pedicure. If you’re someone that likes artsy nails, they can always try and work with your designs to give you what you want. The salon itself is super cute too, really relaxing atmosphere.
