Second time getting my nails done here, and the results are always lovely. The staff is very kind and incredibly meticulous with details. I’ll definitely be back, my go-to nail salon from now on.
Hayley and the team always do such a beautiful job with my nails. Me and my mum have been coming here for over 5 years at least and the service continues to be amazing! Would definitely recommend :)
Exceptional Service and Quality! I've been going to this nail salon for a while now, and I must say, the experience is always top-notch. The salon is clean, organized, and has a warm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The nail technicians are highly skilled, attentive, and always ensure that you're satisfied with your nail design. Also, the staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and always willing to offer advice on nail care and design.
I have been coming here since May to get my BIAB on my natural nails and I have been very satisfied with my experience to date. Every design no matter how detailed they have been able to replicate it to a high standard. I would highly recommend Hayleys Nail spa.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience here and would not recommend because of this. After spending £60 on a manicure for both me and a friend as a birthday treat (the appointment ended up being late anyway despite me specifying we would be on lunch for only an hour and wanted them done together, which they didn’t do) I went back a few weeks later to have the glue removed and received very bad service. Being my first time getting a proper gel polish I wasn’t familiar with the aftermath process. I explained I’d been here before to get them done and would like the glue removed, no further painting required. I’d been really clear and at no point was I told there would be a charge for this. After taking literally 2 minutes to file off the glue, and me not knowing otherwise, I go to walk out the shop and the lady shouts at me to pay. For what? I asked, and she snaps back ‘for work, what do you think?’ Firstly, I think I’m a pretty fair person and will always pay for a service where appropriate but in this instance, the hostile and aggressive nature instantly made me hesitant to do so. Not to mention they do not have this information written anywhere in the salon and despite having multiple opportunities to tell me there would be a charge, chose not to. Being completely new to this, I had to find out the hard way and be humiliated in the process. An unpleasant experience that has unfortunately well and truly tainted my view of the salon. Will not be returning.
Do not go here!! I had a ‘pedicure’ just before Christmas, didn’t realise till I got home that all they had done was paint my nails and put some cream on my feet. All the dry skin was still there and cuticles not tended to. I went in yesterday to ask if they could do it again and was told to come back today. I sat in the chair and they roughly tended to about 60% of the dry skin, not even all of it. They didn’t bother with cuticles. I asked if they could and they said I would have to pay more money, and they don’t have time today. After I was told to go today. Rubbish service, nasty staff. About four other nail parlours within walking distance - use one of them.
Quick nails. Only wanted a shellac for a wedding the next day. I had left it to the last minute due to work. Great colour selection. Cash only
I didn’t have an appointment I’ve asked if they could do my manicure and they gave me a promptly yes then I’ve ask for pedicure and they’ve arranged also! They offered tea, coffee or water and a chair massage, nothing was forgotten. I believe everything is well looked after and cleaned but I just want to make a observation and I would suggest to have the tools in a sanitiser solutions so clients can fell more safer and also cleaner lights would be nicer as mine was a bit dusty and I think it was nail varnish all over but could be easily cleaned with acetone:)! In the end I loved the final result and the owner Hailey is lovely super friendly and very hard working. Thanks for make me fell welcomed and well looked after, I’ll be back for sure :) !
I have been to many nail places and it's usually all about upselling but service not on par, my first time having an acrylic set! and I love it! The staff are polite and professional, all tools used are well looked after I would definitely be coming again ❤️
