I always have a great experience here, no matter who does my nails. They are so friendly and thorough. I go for a biab manicure and a shellac pedicure and am always happy. Ruby is especially brilliant!
The service and treatment received at Sydenham nail and spa was subpar to say the least. I attended the Salon simply for an infill and a French tip - unfortunately my gel nails lasted only 1 day before they began to chip. I returned back to the salon to have my nail redone and was greeted with such an unwelcome and told to wait for 2 other customers full sets to be started before my one nail could be amended. Since my second visit 3 of my nails have chipped and one nail was left with a growing infection therefore after only 1 week I have had to get the nails removed and the salon have refused to provide me with any form of partial refund even after back and fourth emails and advise from treatwell.
Shellac cracking and chipped after 24 hours Follow up - they used permanent shellac without telling me which had a to be filed off with an electric file. During my initial appointment they filed my nails and ended up red raw and super painful. They butchered my nails and took months to recover from.
Brilliant experience today. Lady did an amazing job giving me cat's eyes acrylics. Beautiful nails!
Maybe it might sound difficult the first approach, but definitely they know what their are doing. I love my new nails, very happy about the service, for sure I will come back again!
Very satisfied with the results Sydenham Nails & Spa brings. It is the best acrylics with french tip I have ever done. The gentleman who did my nail recommended what was best for my nails, as I had asked about the different products and applications. Tried this place out after a bad experience at a different nail salon, the workers were so kind and my nails look great! I love that they aren’t afraid of crazy designs and are always up for doing fun nail art
Everyone here is super welcoming and nice. I felt very comfortable while getting my nails done, and I was super happy with the outcome. This is my new nail place! I will be coming back here & I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice pedicure and manicure!!

I have not been disappointed with a service yet, Still my favorite place to go to Sydenham Nails & Spa! The people that did our manicure were nice and made sure they were not hurting us. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Absolutely amazing. They do amazing work and its reasonably priced! You should give them a shot.
You can't beat their price and service! Nice to have such a great nail salon in the neighborhood. Very satisfied with this place and will go to Sydenham Nails & Spa. So glad to have finally found a place that is clean, professional, comfortable and ready. I have gel manicure and gel manicure here.
