Peter did my nails today and did a really lovely job, reasonably priced and the salon itself is clean and calm
This was only the second pedicure I’ve ever had, and Peter made the experience comfortable, relaxing and fun . He was incredibly kind, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. I truly enjoyed it and felt very well taken care of. I’ll definitely come back — thank you, Peter!
It was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve had. Peter treated me with clear passive aggression from the moment I arrived. I was delayed by 15 minutes due to a tram issue and called ahead to inform him. He said to still come in. I arrived at 1:45 and was seated at 1:55. He began filing my nails aggressively with a machine, even though I flinched in pain. He then cut into my skin while trimming my cuticles and dismissed my reaction by saying my fingers were “tender.” While cleaning excess polish, he repeatedly dug his nail into my skin, causing more discomfort. The longer I sat, the more tense and aggressive he became. I felt afraid to speak up out of concern for how he might react. When I asked to vlog my experience, he agreed but immediately began speaking in his native language and ignored me. The appointment ended at 2:10, with polish left on my fingers and no attempt at basic care or courtesy. Peter, you treated me with unnecessary aggression and clear contempt. You hurt my skin, ignored my discomfort, and created an atmosphere of hostility for no reason. I walked in hoping for some self-care, and left feeling disrespected and shaken.
Absolutely loved my experience at Airbrush in Beckenham. Peter, who runs the shop and is also the nail technician, is truly exceptional. The space is calm and peaceful, and Peter’s attention to detail is second to none — so careful and precise with every step. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and makes you feel completely at ease. It’s clear he genuinely cares about each client. This was my first visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back. He’s also fantastic at French tips (for short nails like mine!) and runs exactly on time — such a professional. Highly recommend!
Angela and Peter are amazing ! Always accommodating and my nails always last ages with no chipping. They are super quick too, and although heavily booked, always try to fit me in to suit me! Great value. The best nail place I’ve ever used and I have used loads! Won’t go anywhere else now.
I have been using Airbrush for years now and if I ever have to go anywhere else last minute I regret it soo much! Their gel French manicure is second to none, you will not find better nail technicians in Beckenham despite the competition! Angela and Peter are so friendly too and the prices are also the cheapest for what I have done. They also work on bookings which means you don't need to sit and wait for ages to be seen. They are an all round fantastic nail salon.

Angela and Peter are simply the most loveliest kindest people you will have the pleasure to meet. They have so much experience in nails and have so many clients who have been going to them for years including myself showing how skilled at what they do.
