   Would not recommend. What a painful experience the guy with tattoos on his left arm is not experienced at all he had no care for cuticle work, left nail glue all over my fingers, he filed all my nails to different lengths, digging his nails into the side of my nails and was not able to replicate a simple design which was 2 lines £40 for an ombré which was not clearly stated they just make up the prices as they go, first time here and I will not be returning

   Only 3-4 hours have passed since I paid £40 for the service, and the process on the nails was broken.I do not suggest You to go buddy times. I think they rush their work when go during busy times.

   I went this week for a nail polish only because my nails were damaged I didn’t wanna do any uv light or anything because it was hurting. Outcome was terrible person who done it, was a guy and he only spend max 5 minutes and told me to sit on the drying section and didn't even come to look and it wasn't busy at all. He didn't clean the overflowed nail polish on the edges and it was a unprofessional painting with bubbles. refused to put gel top coat which my nails got ruined even more.

   After breaking my arm I came here to get my nails cut (as I couldn’t cut them myself). As a guy I can say I’ve never experienced such nice nails before. The lady was very skilful and efficient. I might have to return even after my arm heals.

   DON’T BOTHER UNLESS YOU HAVE HOURS TO WASTE. Went here a few weeks ago for my appointment at 5:30 and didn’t leave until 8pm! They kept me waiting for a “soak off” whilst they took care of everyone else. Nails weren’t bad I can’t complain, however, I came back for a soak off and it was the same situation all over again. The staff don’t speak any English and the service is AWFUL. For something that is supposed to be a little luxury to myself ended up being two stressful situations. Safe to say I will never come back.

   Way too expensive. The pedicure was poor! I had lots of dry skin left and they tried telling me that it's how its done. I've had many pedicures before and I've also done pedicures for others. It was a matter of not finding time to do my own. I wanted a different colour on each nail and they told me it will cost more because it's more work lol. I asked what more and they said to open different bottles will be more work!! My 9 year old had her nails painted shellac for holiday and they charged adult prices. First time coming here and definitely the last!! £84 wow!!
