She explained everything that she would be doing step by step and the application of my lashes was so quick that I barely realised it was happening. She also threaded my eyebrows which was quite smooth considering it was my first time having that done. They have a loyalty card programme and even provide bottles of water and refreshments as a bonus. Lovely place!”
