    When I went to check out this place, it was clean and the lady at reception was so helpful and had so much knowledge. I hoped that this would be my go-to place. Booking online was easy, but as a larger lady, it was a struggle. The sofa, whilst pretty, was non-adjustable (understandably), and the whole set-up just meant I ached throughout the appointment I am not sure if this was why the pedicure I had was not as good as other pedicures I'd had elsewhere. Nails were pretty, but my the soles of my feet were rough and still hard. I won't be going back, but I'd encourage others to try it as the service was great.

    My favorite manicure so far! Lisa did a great job at removing my previous gel manicure very gently, with no damage to the underlying nail surface. I then got a ‘glazed’ donut manicure and couldn’t be more pleased with the results - so clean and natural looking but with a bit of oomph from the glaze! The salon itself is clean, practices are hygienic and the staff are very professional. Thank you Lisa! Photos shown are on the day of manicure as well as one week on - still looking good!

    So glad I have The Lab on my doorstep - they really are the best salon I've been to. Super hygienic, and their attention to detail is second to none - gel is always so close to the cuticle but never touching and my nails always look perfect. Highly recommend!

    The nail shop upheld a standard of cleanliness you wouldn't even find in a hospital. The level of detail and passion put into this is unbelievable. The place looked like the white city of Gondor fit for a king. Anna demonstrated much charm and wit. She was very professional. The proof is she hadn't cut my nails in months and they are still shining. What kind of sorcery is this? I have actually recommended the place to many friends. It is a decent chill spot as well highly recommended.

    Highly recommended!!! Lisa, Anna and all the girls at the lab are so friendly, talented and hardworking. Such a consistent and reliable experience, nails always look perfect, they're done with love and care, and you don't feel rushed. The place is spotless and pricing fair. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
