   I’ i’ve been to the shop three or four times now and every time I’ve had a problem even if it’s just a little problem the last time I went to this shop one of the workers got paint over my skin and I asked him could he wipe it off? He gave me a bit of acetone and a wipe to do it myself, Very unprofessional if you ask me, They are also speaking their language 24/7, I don’t discriminate to anyone’s culture, however when you’re running a business and you’ve got people that don’t understand your language in your store speaking in your language 24/7 laughing with your coworkers it’s very unprofessional however I always give everyone a benefit of the doubt but the reason why I’m writing this bad review is because of the treatment I’ve got today and this will be the last time I go back to the shop, I called up in the morning Asking how much will be for a infill on my toes and hands plain colour by the way I got told it was £35 over the phone however Once the service was done I was told that it was £57 I told them man I’ve only run for £40 as I was told over the phone it was £35. I’ve never had a problem in paying with them in the past or anything. I would never underpay anyone’s hard work however if you’re told a price over the phone you expect to pay that Exact price. After going back-and-forth with a man I was told that he was going to cut off my nails. The man was really rude and aggressive. Once again this is not how you run a business, Even though I know what the man told me over the phone, I was still willing to pay The price, The owner of the shop handle the situation respectfully which I can actually appreciate. One more thing I wanted to add is that I’ve gone to that shop and paid £45 for a full set and a pedicure with two acrylics on my big toe, So how in the hell is for a infill £57? They changed the prices all the time, depending on their mood Or maybe their financial situation Which once again isn’t professional. But at the end of the day they only got 3.7 ratings that should tell you about this shop more than my experience.

   Please all them cash payments you demand from customers YET still not a penny towards refurbishment? The state of this salon is horrendous, when I walk in I feel like i am walking in to a nail salon from 2006 - it’s giving elephant and castle £10 nail vibes. Byeeeee

   I would not recommend anyone to go here! I did my nails here on Tuesday and by Wednesday the nail vanish started peeling off I had gone back for them To fix it and was told that nothing could be done as he cannot guarantee if the vanish would peel off or not. It had been a few hours after surely it shouldn’t peel off that quick even if it’s a basic manicure?? If proper prep and application was done DO NOT GO HERE! The reviews speak for it self, I will not be going back!

   The guy was extremely rude and had no clue what he was doing he tried telling me I can’t have light pink French tip because the base colour won’t match so I told him to use a nude . He couldn’t even draw a bow design I asked for so I ended up just getting French tip . They are not straight and are horrible

   UPDATE!! - THEY ALSO DELETE BAD REVIEWS - When i posted my review a couple of days ago, there were at least 4 people stating the same as me (OVERCHARGING AND BEING RUDE) and now their review is no longer accessible I am really disappointed for even having to leave this review. I have come in to do infills, after having my nails done with them 3 weeks ago. Usually the price for infill with acrylic is £23, i was charged £28 - the owner (man with glasses) didn’t even listen to the service i had done and kept telling me its £28. Its not about spending and extra £5 for nails, but its about respecting your client and letting them know from the beginning. The lady (with glasses) shouting as well. I feel bad for the 2 young boys that have always done my nails AMAZING! My tip is AVOID. They will do anything to charge extra even though you are a usual customer

   Avoid! Horrible place! Got my nails done here out of convenience quiet a few times and they were rough,cutting my fingers on two occasions. The straw for me is overcharging me because I have "long nails". Less than a month ago they were the same length and the price was £25 for infills and today you want to charge me £28? It's not about the £3 it is the principle. You are crooks that are not good at your job. I will never go back to this place!

   -10, DO NOT GO HERE!!! NEVER EVER! They over charge ! AVOID AVOID AVOID, I’ve been here multiple times and everytime I leave with a issue such rude owners the woman who owns this place is so rude and racist ! I saw them leave this black lady to wait for over 40 mins while they let everyone push infront of her. They also tried to over charge my mother when everytime I go it cost me £25 they tried to charge her £28 ! For the same exact thing she paid £25 for last month! There excuse was that nails are long but that’s the same length they’ve always been. TERRIBLE people. Disgusting shop, rip off because they are terrible at doing nails and r so rude on top of it. Better off going nail shop in Enfield town or crown nails. Anywhere but here.

   The ombré was done really nicely however too much acrylic was used so they’re really thick and heavy on my natural nails causing a slight pain.
