   Whether I want to keep it classic/simple or go for something more artsy and fun Vivian, Nam and Van are always more than happy to help me achieve the look I want. I’ve been to some places who are too busy or are simply unbothered to replicate a design. Since they started doing my nails I switched from acrylics to biab as their recommendation which has really helped keep my nails healthy. Acrylics were lifting and it was affecting my nails. I’m beyond happy coming to tips 2 toes because I know everyone in there is talented and friendly and they want you to come out looking and feeling great. Vivian always has beautiful nails and she has inspired me more than once to copy her style with the chrome.. highly recommend.

   I always have an amazing experience getting an ombré BIAB manicure and a classic French pedicure. The nail techs are incredibly skilled and attentive – they took take their time to shape and perfect each nail, and the ombré effect is absolutely stunning. The gradient & nails grow out is seamless. I always leave with my feet feel super soft and pampered, with no cracked heels for weeks! I highly recommend booking in here they are truly great.

   The place could be cleaner and it would be great if they didn't make you wait and took care of other people. Shellac is ok but I realised theirs can chip after 10 days. (Update) I used to like this place but their customer service and overall services could be better: - Not all nail technicians seem to be skilled enough to do shellac. Two women especially do not do great shellac and it does not last and doesn't always has the best finish. - They make you wait an incredibly long time to take care of other customers. I once stayed there 1.5 hours just to redo shellac. - The tables are not clean. This is a shame but I am now going to another nail salon in Beckenham, which is way cleaner, has a much better customer service experience and does amazing nails for the same price. I have been frustrated with tip2toes too many times and will not return.

   I come to Tips and Toes for Gell manicures and pedicures etc. I 1st came here when I was in a wheelchair and they help me inside and were so welcoming and helpful. They always produce great nails and their prices are really good. They also have a good loyalty scheme. Staff are friendly and all very efficient. Highly recommend

   Worst nail shop in Beckenham, and I have been to most. I went in and they gave me an appointment to come back in 2 hours for acrylic removal and shellac. I came back at 2 and I was there for 45 minutes and my acrylics still had not been removed one woman was working on 3 peoples nails at once, which I can understand they are busy but I made an appointment that day they could have said they were too busy. It does not take an hour to soak off acrylic at any nail shop and leaving my hands in acetone for that long made them really itchy and after an hour without them even starting on the shellac I told them I would leave it and was charged £10 and wasted an hour of my time for them not even to have the aftercare every other nail shop uses when removing acrylics, I asked for her to shape them yet my nails looked worse than they did when I went in I’ve never been anywhere like this. Not to mention the attitude of the woman working who I expressed I was not happy with the service and she did not seem remotely bothered about customer satisfaction, very disappointing would never ever return or recommend.

   I love coming here to have my pedicure or nails done. They are welcoming with a tea,coffee and biscuit. Brilliant selection of colours and nail polishes, gel, powder. They discuss what condition your nails are in and offer advise on nail care. They listen to what you want, as well as make suggestions. My favourite nail shop in London!
