   The nail bar is good however despite booking appointments, they are always delayed by at least 30mins - 40mins. This is frustrating especially as advance bookings were made for a given time on all occasions. I appreciate salons get busy therefore I suggest operating a ‘walk in basis’ only going forwards to avoid customers leaving frustrated.

   Terrible customer service. I walked into the nail bar for my appointment and no member of staff greeting me or asked what I wanted done. All 9 members of staff looked at me and then looked away. I was left standing at the door embarrassed and not sure what to do. They didn’t ask if I had an appointment, they didn’t ask what I wanted done, all 9 of them literally said NOTHING. I took it upon myself to take a seat next to two women who were waiting to get their services done, which meant I wasn’t going to be seen at the time of my appointment. After 5 minutes of waiting I decided I’m not going to give my money to such a rude and unprofessional establishment. I left and went to Glamorous Nails in Beckenham instead. They were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend you go there instead.

   Enjoyed the experience of having my nails done, very gentle, which I appreciated. Also very accommodating with appointments, managed to squeeze 3 of us in. But within a few days my daughters gel varnish had chipped, she is very active so I thought this is down to lifestyle, I didn’t really worry. But then within one week my gel nails had chipped! And it’s just got worse everyday and 2 weeks on it’s just looking horrible on both hands And I feel embarrassed. My pedicure was done a month ago in. West Wickham and they haven’t chipped. I don’t expect gel to chip, I was extremely surprised and this will Stop me going back to Elmer’s end again.

   Poor service , rushed gel nails cracking within a week and nails split due to lack of filing . Approached the situation in a polite manner and was greeted with ‘it’s due to my lifestyle’ although I have had my nails done before at a different salon and it hasn’t happened . Customer service is poor and for the price of the service it is not worth it .

   i LOVE this nail bar. i’ve been quite a few times, but moved 200 miles away. i will still get my nails done by them every time i come back to london to see family as it’s perfect every single time. they are always spot on with my idea, no matter how difficult i am. the start of the acrylic and my cuticle is always seamless, which i don’t always get at other nail bars near my new house. prices are always so good as well. couldn’t recommend you all more!

   They’re rude. And they don’t know how to admit they won’t work with nail tips provided by the customer even though it’s what they prefer.

   Came here today on the off chance they could save my nails and rectify the appalling job the nail bar round the corner to them had done a week ago. They were amazing and did a wonderful job, listening to what I wanted and actually improving on my suggestion. I will stick with coming here from now on - so impressed ! Thank you !!

   They saved my life!!! I had been to a nail shop previously and they ruined my nails.Nail bar fixed them for me and made them looks amazing! And the workers there are so lovely and kind. 100% recommend them to others!!!
