   Would give 0 stars if possible!!!!!!! Not supported accomodation! Nothing they have said since I moved in has been backed up, was left without a key when i arrived. I've been left to rot basically, with my mental health already bad enough this place has made things much worse. Literally sat in my room as I write this. They make money from the misfortune of others! As the council pay over 1600 per month per individual! And they just sit back and take the money! Such a shame there are people trying to help and they're are things like this going on that people seem to be absolutely blind to, or what I've concluded really is that nobody cares. Good luck to anyone who falls on they're arse. You ain't alone!

   This place is not fit for purpose, it provides nothing more than a roof and a bed. Support is non existent, supervision is poor. The staff are nothing short of mere gate keepers.

   What these guys do as a charity is amazing. The staff at this site are great, as for the youths staying here they're just like most youths round Mansfield just no respect at all

   Anyone who has given this place a 5* review has obviously never stayed here or had a family member stay here. The staff are rude & abusive to those living there, there is no supervision whatsoever of what’s happening in the building, there’s more drink drugs & fighting in there than there is in the pubs. And staff will pin it on & press charges against the person they don’t like whilst letting others get away with alsorts. They don’t care about anyone’s wellbeing or mental health & do everything they can to make their mental health worse. There’s absolutely No support from staff with anything atall, not even for those under 18 with disabilities in need of support. Absolutely shocking, people are better off on the streets than in here!

   This business houses under 21s in need of medium to long term shelter, this in NOT on a open door policy, but are able to advise on a number of issues andcan point people in need in the right direction, mostly good staff and residents, I have only dealt with this business in a professional manner so can not comment from a residents view point.
