Had a lovely experience here! They took me as a walk in and sat me pretty quickly. They had complimentary coffee and tea. My only gripe was they didnt get all of my nail with the polish. They left a bit of an edge. But they still look great.
Always a great experience! My nails are always done beautifully, with great attention to detail and long-lasting results. On top of the excellent work, everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!
I am very disappointed, my nails look like they have 1 week of growth even though I went yesterday. The shape of every single nail is inconsistent and so are the length and angle. She also over cut the skin around my nails and the tools weren’t sharp enough, so she wasn’t cutting but rather pinching and pulling the skin out. The use of the drill is simply excessive, as much as the pressure applied, and there is 0 attention to detail… I saw my own nail as she was nonstop filing with the drill and it is was definitely damaged. All the edges are a proper mess and when I pointed it out the answer was “I will file them for you” I don’t want them filed, I want them nice from the very beginning, otherwise I’d do it at home. On top of that they wanted me to make a bank transfer to pay, even though as soon as I arrived I asked if I could pay by card and they said yes. Once we finished they told me “we don’t have internet, can you make a transfer?” I said no, they called someone else who asked me the exact same question so I told her that I couldn’t and that thats why I asked if I could pay by card, magically the terminal started working… The only good thing about this place, was the little massage I got in my hands, that was heavenly.
The nail spa is one of the best salons I have ever been to! Pedicure is definitely the best - and my acrylics are so beautiful. They took a lot of time and care. Thank you so much!
I came here for the first time and I feel very satisfied. The staff are very enthusiastic to help me have a nice nail. I did the manicure and some designs. They did a great job.
Went today for the first time. I was quite loyal to a different nail salon in the area for a long time, but since sadly the service has become rather disappointing during my last few visits there, I thought I’d give the Nail Spa a shot. I got a lovely gel spa manicure done. The technician was very gentle and did not rush at all. Quite the opposite as took her time to do it properly. When I noticed there were a couple of bits that needed correcting, she was very quick and kind to fix them straight away. I will for sure be back soon! :) happy to have found a new local salon
Amazing experience! I was a walk-in and was serviced right away, no issue at all. My nails were done with precision and care also, which I appreciate when getting any nail designs. I even broke a nail and had it repaired free of charge. The staff here is so lovely and kind as well! I found my new nail salon for life!
Had a great experience here. For £53 I got gel removal, nails shaped and gel reapply with a design, cuticle oil and a hand massage at the end. They were so considerate with each stage, checking I was happy with the length, shape etc, and they advised me on colour choice when I'd originally decided on colours which couldn't be layered. Will definitely go back next time I'm in London.
