The girl in short hair was very abrupt. My nail polish from 5 nails came off which I had done last Sunday. She is telling me don’t complain . They don’t know how to talk to customers . Never going there again
Cali Nails - lovely little salon. The salon is an older establishment and so you have to keep this in mind but please don't make it stop you from visiting. Thank you to Marisa who gave me a good pedicure! Lovely chats and very thoughtful as I don't mind people using the blade so she scrubbed instead.
I just had my Biab taken off, manicure and then just a natural polish to give my nails some breathing time.. Jonnie was really good, gentle and careful.. thank you .. very pleased with the service will come back
Been coming here for 10 years. Today I went to get my nails & feet done. They look so so cute. The lady who works there was with her daughter and it was so nice seeing them work together and laughing, they are so sweet. Lovely people, I will always recommend them.
Very good service. Lovely nails everyone commented how nice they looked. The whole experience was very relaxing, had a pedicure as well as the finger nails. He was very gentle, very thorough. These are the best set of nails I've ever had
Got my nails done on the 17th and not even 24 hours my nails broke, not only did it break the nail polish is bubbling, looks dreadful. Disgusting service, horrible people, save your money and go somewhere nice like Lala nails. The lady in there was coming out like she wanted to fight me. Nasty people.
They charge an arm and a leg just for getting white tips I’ve never heard of such rubbish in my life.
Absolute disgrace! Ruined my nails for my sisters wedding! This place ruined my nails. ( i took the pics after they grew out) but look at the horrid shape they gave me i asked for coffin nails this shape doesnt even exist on the shape chart if it did it would probably be called troll nails!!! They looked like clumpy bumps. I paid £65 for this disgrace that hasnt even been painted properly. The photos speak for themselves. Primary school kida could have done a better job. Was going here for a few months and gave them many chances after a lot of weird shapes and outcomes but this drew the line. Last time I went there i was the only one in the shop on a Tuesday, and they rushed me and done my pedicure at the same time as my manicure to save time!! It was dead empty too. I was having a panicked and the guy got a stool, put a towel over the arm rest and started doing my nails balancing on the arm rest, while my feet were getting done! I kept having to twist and turn towards him while I was trying to relax with my pedicure. Also while he was cutting my nails it was falling into the bath tub with my feet, so disgusting they just wanted to rush me to enjoy their free time. Dont waste your money guys!! Worst salon ever I wouldn’t even call this a salon. Do not go there they also gave my sister an ingrown nail on her foot because they cut it wrong and she went to hospital for surgery!!! Not even qualified properly.
I've been going here out of convenience for the last few years as they're the closest shop to me. They're not very approachable, I felt pressured into spending more money than I wanted to on more than one occasion. I almost never leave feeling fully satisfied and if you try and raise your preference, it's like the staff loathe you for it. Got my nails done for my birthday and wanted a certain design. I forgot to let them know at the beginning that I wanted ombre and when I showed them they were so frustrated at me and basically kicked up a fuss about how it can't be done. I accepted it couldn't be done but the attitude was unnecessary. I also always request coffin shape and they never do it as narrow as I like. After requesting it to be even narrower twice, I give up and just walk away with whatever. Today I realised though, if I'm paying £43 for shellac matte nails then I should be able to say what I want and how I want. These lot are bullies and make a usually relaxing thing very stressful. I won't be going back.
