I’ve been going to Holly Nails for a few years now and always have brilliant service, as well as leaving with lovely nails! They are so accommodating, patient, and my nails grow out so well every single time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!x
This place is fab! So many amazing choices and they are true artists! They make it so easy to book in and are so patient when making decisions! But also really fabulous nail art! Whether that’s chrome, cat eye, etc! They stay up to date on trends and the service is Fire!!!!!
The best local nail salon. I also trust noone other than Wendy with my nails! They are always great, a warm welcome, wonderful service, and a good price! Holly’s has been on Trafalgar Road for years. Others come and go but we should support those businesses who are part of the longstanding community.
I've been getting my nails done here for about a year now. They're very polite and accomodating even when I've walked in without an appointment. It's very easy to get impatient when you work long hours on someone's nails, but they still always do it with a smile. Wendy is very good with cat's eye and ombre designs, so if you're looking for something different, she's the one to go to.

Been coming here for years, and never had anything to complain about, however the service here has truely gone down. I came to get infills having driven half an hour ( even though there are local places near where i live) however i’ve always found this place to be really good. I asked for a specific design and requested a specific technician - neither of which they could fulfil. The tips looked awful, nails looked bulky and thick and badly shaped - asked if the design could be taken off and to get plain nails instead as they really did not look professionally done - i was charged for the design , despite it not being my fault that the technician had messed them up from the start , I was told it was my fault for not realising sooner and letting the lady know i wasnt happy - the nails where not shaped properly to start with so it just looked worse as it went on. I paid extra for their mistakes ( they will probably try and deny this now). Not happy at all, service has always been onpoint - Customer service was truely awful, clearly not bothered about customer loyalty.
I don’t normally leave reviews but Holly Nails is very deserving of 5 stars! The salon is so clean and all the staff make you feel really welcome. They took so much care with my nails and took time to make sure all my nails sat flat (I had mentioned that due to biting my nails I often get acrylics that look like ski jumps but these were perfect)! When I decided I wasn’t fully happy with the colour I messaged them the next day asking to repaint them, they offered to repaint the 4 nails I wasn’t happy with for free! I was so pleasantly surprised by their generosity! Truly the best nail salon in the area and I will definitely be coming back again and again!
Been getting my nails done for over 3 years in Holly Nails. Every time I am happy with my nails and they last so long, no lifting or snapping. If I am unsure of anything they always advise me and are very professional. Would recommend to everyone!
The best in comparison to any others near it. Everyone was lovely and kind and friendly. Really took their time and the nails were beautiful. Really pay attention to detail and one if the best I've been too!!! Will go again !!!
