   Been a customer at this salon for over 3 years, and today’s experience was absolutely shocking. I explained that I have a wedding in 24 hours and asked if there was any way they could help fix 3 broken nails. The salon wasn’t busy, yet no one tried to find a solution. I was told I would have to pay £40 to fix just 3 nails, and three team members refused to offer any alternatives. £40 is the infill price. I didn’t ask for an infill. Just a repair of 3 nails, which I mentioned on the phone. My French tips didn’t even last 2 weeks, and I have had sets there that last a lot longer. I was never quoted a price over the phone and left feeling completely unsupported as a regular customer. Sadly, Deluxe Nails has lost a loyal customer. The service was dreadful, the customer care non-existent, and I will never return.

   Having been to other (and more expensive) salons and having been disappointed, I went to Deluxe Nails in New Cross today for a manicure and pedicure. Outstanding!    I found them on tiktok, booked and got there 1 hour in advance. I didn’t wait long before they started my nails. The team was amazing!! They were nice, smiling, listening and paying great attention to details. The place is beautiful as well.

   Honestly always a really lovely experience with deluxe nails!! I’m a regular and will continue to be. I usually just get one colour shellac and it’s always well done and the nail tecs always have helpful advice if I’m ever unsure about anything but will never make me feel weird about choosing something they didn’t suggest. But today I wanted to do detail work and I had Hannah do a really amazing job on my nails for my birthday. Al of the staff are amazing with really lovely service from everyone. The main lady in charge is always super friendly and kind and I cannot say enough great things. The design turned out pretty much just like I’d asked for and I love it !

   I wanted to try this place based on their decor which looked very inviting and chic! I’m very particular with my nails and I JUST found my new salon! My technician was very flexible, done a beautiful job and very fast! I’ll be back soon :)

   Very impressed and truly happy with the service. My Gel pedicure was 5star treatment & my acrylic nails were done Perfectly. The salon is very beautiful aesthetically & the customer service was excellent. Its so important to be friendly & welcoming to customers. They treat all their customers so nicely & offer drinks/snacks. Ive never been to a nail salon where they do that. The lady & Man (maybe the owners) was very sweet. A very peaceful atmosphere. Ive never been to a nail salon like theirs, they hands down know about good business & service. Thank you so much, I’m definitely coming back again Xxx

   While the salon is gorgeous and the staff are kind, I have NEVER in my life been so incredibly disappointed in a manicure. I got my nails done in preparation for my sister’s wedding, and they started to peel and separate after TWO HOURS of having them done. I had dipping powder done, and for some reason the girl still used the UV light on the top coat?? Assuming that’s where the problem lies, since the nail coating is cracking and lifting. My pedicure was nice, but I really cannot give more than 1 star, as I spent a significant amount of money on nails that look horrible 3 days later. Major disappointment.

   Beautiful salon, very well decorated and always very clean. Very good prices for the quality of work they do. I'm not someone who gets on with nail salons as I'm very picky - never been to the same place twice so for years I've been doing my own nails. But decided to treat myself and I've already been there 3x for a full set and two infills with different designs. Already planning my next visit. They take a lot of care in their work and are very nice, friendly service. Highly recommend
