   Exceptional Nail Salon in Grove Park Eddi and all the nail technicians at this salon are incredibly polite, professional, and highly skilled. I had an accident in the past that left one of my nails curved, and the technician here worked so carefully and precisely that my nails now look absolutely natural — like a plastic surgeon worked on my hands! Their attention to detail is amazing, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the results are always flawless. Truly worth every penny — highly recommended!

   As a regular customer, I came in two weeks ago for my usual manicure. Once again, had an excellent experience. The staff is unbelievably professional and always a pleasure to talk to, making each visit enjoyable. They take their time and focus on every detail to ensure my manicure is flawless. My nails always last longer than I expected with no cracks or chips. It’s always a positive visit, and I’ll keep coming back for sure! Thank you Eddie and your team.

   If I had left a review the day I got my nails done, I would have left a good review. The lady shaped my nails well, which I find many people struggle with. The quality, however, is very poor. The acrylic started to lift from the cuticle end within a week, and at 2 weeks old, I have 4 nails, which have completely lifted off. I went in to try to have this sorted and was told I need an infil. An infil would not solve the lifting issue. A whole new full set was needed just 2 weeks later. Never going back there, nor would I recommend.

   I arranged for my 13 year old daughter and her friend to get her nails done for the first time. Was told a full set was £25. They both had full sets with a painted tip design. They charged them £45 each. Absolutely unreasonable and unjustifiable to charge £20 extra to paint the tips. Feel like they were taken advantage of.

Staff were so nice and informative and gave me so many opportunities and suggestions to change my nails if I wasn’t happy with them. Never felt so informed and comfortable getting my nails done- will definitely be visiting again.

Beauty services to a very high standard. I have just spent a few hours today having feet and nails done. Fabulous. Highly recommend.
