   The woman (I’m assuming her name is Tina) was very rude to me as soon as I came in. I saw that the shop was full so I asked how long the wait would be and she rolled her eyes and said I don’t know sit down. I sat down and about twenty minutes later another lady came in and asked the same question and she was very polite to this lady and said to her it will be about 45 minutes. I’m not sure if it was because of the colour of my skin as the lady that came in after me was white and I’m brown but she seemed to be a lot nicer to the rest of the customers who were white. While doing the designs of my nails I asked for a different colour (before she had begun the art work) she said to me no it’s going to be white and I asked again if she could just change it to pink. The woman doing my nails then went to tina and they were discussing it and I could tell by their mannerisms that they were being rude. They were rolling their eyes and huffing whenever I said anything. I didn’t try to go against them so I just let them do it in the colour they wanted to but thinking back to it its very sad. I have been to this shop a lot and never experienced rudeness like this but now I won’t be returning I hope you be nicer to your customers as it does affect people. It’s not difficult to be polite to people that are paying you for a service.

   I had such a lovely experience at this nail salon! The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. The staff are friendly and really take their time to make sure your nails look perfect. I had a [manicure/pedicure/gel set] done and I couldn’t be happier with the results – the attention to detail is amazing, and the finish is flawless. They also have a great selection of colors and products to choose from. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and a bit of pampering! Never changing sticking to getting my nails done here

   I got my nails done here twice. One time it got chipped within 2 days. I still went back and they fixed it. However, the second time i got my nails done, it literally started pealing, after 2 days. The LED machine they use almost burns on the fingers. Not coming back.

   AWFUL - AVOID I have been dropping in here off and on for years when I need a quick mani or pedi. The service is always really hit and miss and the woman that runs it is horrible, the atmosphere is really terrible and she is so rude to customers and staff alike. I went in for a polish removal and the woman was so rough she left a massive red dent in my nail and used a machine so aggressively my nails have been in agony ever since.I definitely will NEVER go back and this place needs to be shut down. Take it from me - go somewhere else.

   Often rude and rushed service. Visited more than once as a friend recommended and thought that maybe they were having a though day the first time I went but every time I was unhappy with the results. The last time I went I told the lady who was doing my nails that she was hurting me by pressing to much to clean the nail but she replied that that’s how she has to do to clean it. I’ll not be back.

   Just awful. Worst pedicure I've ever had. Just not set up correctly with properly trained staff to provide a pedicure service. Pedicure foot bath required them boil a kettle and they weren't able to check the water temperature. The technician seemed very pleasant but just didn't have a clue of what a standard pedicure procedure seems to involve. And I paid £22 for the pleasure of wasting my time as I'll have to go somewhere else to get my pedicure done properly.
