    A party of 8 retired people, booked a 4 trip package in Krakow, Poland, for £181 each, through Hays Travel, Attraction World, and Discover Cracow. This included a guided tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration/death camp. Individually the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour was the most expensive (almost 50% of the total) This excursion was cancelled with only 13 hours notice, and no alternative time/date was offered. Everyone involved blame someone else for the problem but a 'full refund' would be given? A FULL REFUND? £25 per person? How do they work that out? Absolutely disgusting customer service!!

    Booked our tours for krakow with this company via Hays travel . They’re 3rd party tour operators cancelled on the day we were departing from Leeds Bradford airport. I tried calling attraction world until we boarded . No response, I emailed and received a response when we arrived back in the UK I would not recommend this company at all , we are still awaiting a refund of over £600 .

    I bought tickets for a Disney After Hours event. Attraction World subsequently cancelled my order. Now the event is sold out and I cannot get tickets.
