   I have to agree with the vast majority of the reviews that have been given regarding A2A Yachting Charter. My family and I have just completed a customized three week sailboat charter in Croatia and it went fantastically well. Eldin and his team ( shout out to Claudia) did a phenomenal job - from laying out initial options, to arranging the charter, to following up mid charter to post charter closeout - just great. The focus on listening to what the customer wants and then delivering on that is so important, yet lacking in many businesses today. A2A gets it! And ‘it’ is particularly important when a family’s vacation is on the line. Already planning with them for next year!

   Unbelievable customer service. Genuinely I've never known anyone go so far above what I expected of them (Eldin). From giving us as many boat and destination options to clarity of what was included, excluded and what to expect. We, through no fault of Eldin's or A2A had a HUGE problem with one charter where an immoral owner withdrew his boat at the very last minute (even though I had a contract). Eldin's professionalism and empathy dealing with this situation was incredible. He fought the case on our behalf for 2 years, finally achieving a satisfactory outcome. There were some candid exchanges and he remained professional from first to last. Use A2A YACHTING. They have got your backs. They care about your holidays, your memories, your experience, not just achieving a sale. Thank you Eldin.

   I’ve been sailing with A2A Yachting for 2 years now. The service they offer is outstanding and the crew working there are all very friendly. On both occasions our boat was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for our 1 week stay. We’ll be back next year for sure!

   Cant recommend the team at A2A highly enough. Booked 2 charters with them and this year and due to ever changing travel restrictions I have had to change dates on multiple occasions which has always been handled professionally and without complaint. Response to any query almost immediate. Full itineraries and local restaurants / sightseeing suggested by a knowledgeable and highly professional team that go above and beyond previous charter companies we have experienced. Don't hesitate!

   2 days before we were due to sail, we received an email from A2A saying that the 2xSUP's that were included in our contract would not be provided because we were now doing a bare boat charter with no skipper. (that was despite as advising that we would not require a skipper weeks earlier, when they had failed to provide us with a list of potential skippers as promised. Also the provision of the free SUP's was NEVER contingent upon us hiring a skipper.) They 'kindly' offered us the opportunity to rent the SUP's for 120 Euro each per week. Fortunately, when we arrived at the base, the Whitesail company did not have a problem with supplying the SUP"s at all, so I am not sure what the 'confusion' was about in the first place and who would have received the 2x120 euros had we accepted the offer. Very happy with Whitesail - not so happy with A2A.

   As you would expect, we shopped around. When we did one of A2A Yachting representatives accused us of playing games. He was rude. However, they appeased us by offering 2 stand-up paddle-boards. The day before our hire they wrote to us advising that because we cancelled our skipper, which was done so because they promised us skipper references that were never sent, and instead we got our ICC yachting licence, they cancelled our 2 stand-up paddle-boards. We disputed this and advised them that this was part of our contract, which clearly made no difference to them. They caused our family no end of grief; however, when we arrived to sign off and pay our holding fees etc. the lady managing the process from White sails made sure they were available. I would suggest that if you are looking to get a Catamaran or any sailing vessel that you go direct to White Sails and save your self the drama of dealing with a third party. Don't make the same mistake as us.

   I used A2A/Eldin's services in planning our yacht trip to the Grenadines. This was our first time and I didn't have much knowledge of the process. Eldin was super responsive and guided me through out the process. Most of the communication was done over email followed by a conversation on the phone. Overall a great experience!
