   I have been a regular user of Emily’s nails and have always found them okay. I always have biab infills or full set and sometimes gel on my toes. I had biab infills with French tip and 2 bows added and gel on my toes. I was charged extra for a soak of on my toes however nothing was soaked off it was rushed and taken off with the drill. I worked out the price before hand by using their price list and to my surprised I was charged £66 (with £5 off £61) for these biab infills and gel on my toes.. I was in shock and gave over £60 as it’s all I had on me (from the prices stated on their flyer I was expecting £9 change) When I got home I emailed Emily’s nails in which their response is I wasn’t over charged and the bows I had cost £4 each!!! This isn’t the first time my total has been more than expected and upon talking to others it happens to them too. Work out the price before you hand over money. From a loyal customer I’m in complete shock that instead of admitting you over charge people on the sly you justify it by making out it costs £8 for 2 little bows. Definitely will not be returning.

   This was my first time at Emily's and it was recommended to me by my mother inlaw and 2 sisters inlaws. Staff very friendly and inviting I had the gel pedicure and manicure which was relaxing, my hands and feet feel soft and the colour looks fantastic. I will recommended Emily's to others Thank you

   Normally think they do a really good job, but the staff were just impatient with me picking out what I wanted, then got annoyed at me when I didn’t like certain colours, so I felt really uncomfortable to complain. Looks really messy on some nails compared to the photo I showed. There were random dots on some of my nails that I brought up and he was really passive towards me. Then I waited to pay, being completely ignored by all of the staff until customers had mentioned me being there. Really unhappy.

   I visited today and most of the team were friendly but the overall experience felt super rushed even though I had booked in advance. The design was exactly as I wanted which was great but the finishing was poor unfortunately. I felt the gels should have been applied closer to the cuticle, currently looks as if they were done a week ago (noticed once I got home) The gel was applied very thick and I noticed a few were touching the skin which I asked to be fixed and it was thankfully. I am hoping they last my holiday but concerned they won’t.

   I was recommended to Emily’s by various people and had my first visit today. I cannot say enough how blown away I was with the quality of service, friendly staff and clean salon. From your own personal files etc keep boxed just for your use, to a cushion for my back (without me asking, just noticing I needed one) My nails are the best they have even been, they look amazing!! Emily was gentle and a complete perfectionist who clearly takes pride in her work. I will definitely be back. THANK YOU

   Amazing place! The salon was very pretty and clean, the moment I walked in I was welcomed by Emily and the team. Gen did my nails, I got a full set acrylics with what I think a quite complicated design but he did them perfectly, no rush and a lot of attention on the details, he was also very polite. I’m very happy with my nails, will be definitely coming back! Great salon- 5 stars
