   Went here quite alot its become a revolving door thet rush your nails and the result is a thick uneven finish . Rude impersonal and they make you feel another number not going back after the owner ( it serms) said to be to draw my money out before coming as they only take cash so how do I do that if I dont always have the same treatment ot know the cost after being a loyal customer to them I thought she was rude ! I have found Barbra now at LFS hair and shes wonderful !

   Rude, rude, rude! Won’t be coming back here again. Asked the lady to grab me a colour closet to the picture I was showing her..She slapped the colours down in front of me and told me to choose. Was back and forth arguing with me to the point where I felt like walking out. Made me feel very uncomfortable with other people on the shop. My nails don’t even look great. Never again very rude salon.

   Came here yesterday and had a very average pedicure. Afterwards had a manicure which was awful. The colour is uneven, my nails aren’t the shape I asked for and she did not do a full manicure despite booking and asking for one. My nails were done yesterday and look 2 weeks old. What makes it worse is I asked her to do my cuticles after realising that the nail technician hadn't touched them, she rushed over them and cut my thumb really badly. It was bleeding lots and really hurt with barley and apology. So disappointing. Will not return and would not recommend.

   Firstly, I had to wait over 30 minutes despite having an appointment. It wasn’t until I got up to leave that they finally started on me. They didn’t even soak off my nails properly and ended up giving me bulky, uneven nails. The whole service felt rushed, and to top it off, they didn’t even have the colors I wanted. Overall, a really disappointing experience—I will not be returning.

   First time visiting Nail Stories and would not return. I booked a pedicure and the nail technician did not do a good at cleansing the heels of my feet. Plus, it’s cash only so I had to pop to the cash point to take out money, which was not an issue. However, as I returned to the shop I noticed that the nail tech had secretly followed me to see if I would return. I walked back into the shop and the staff and customers were staring at me, it was obvious that they had told the nail technician to follow me. I think it was due to my race that they did not trust me, which is wrong. As a result, I will not be returning.

   I recently had the pleasure of visiting the nail salon down the street from my house for a manicure and pedicure & the atmosphere was so relaxing and inviting, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I would 100% recommend 10/10 service.
