   I visited the salon for the first time today, and I couldn't be happier! Sandy did an amazing job with my nails, and was so patient and helpful when I was unsure which design to go with. They were also very accommodating with my baby letting me feed when he needed milk. Very pleased with my experience, and will definitely be returning! Thank you Sandy! ❤️

   The last few times I've been here I've felt extremely uncomfortable. I dreaded being seen to by the younger bigger chubbier girl at the front in black. Today she was the only one free. The problem is she is always cold, always rude, always blunt, didn't even give eye contact when saying goodbye. Also filed one of my nails bent and then was tapping her nails on the table whilst my hands were in the machine and it felt like she was irritated that I was there. A few times she sighed annoyed and the other person working next to her looked up at her when she did it. I paid £100 last month for my hands and feet, I've been here many times before and never felt this uncomfortable. At one point she looked completely irritated and I asked if she was ok, she said she gets tense when customers are tense. I explained my dad was in hospital recently and I had a lot on my mind. I shouldn't have had to explain that publicly. A simple question from her using correct customer service could have resolved whether my seating position wasn't working for her. When I had to pay she asked me to move so her client could sit. But I was also her client? It felt odd to use that wording. She works there, she could have moved down to the next seat to see to the person already sat there. The rest of the staff are lovely and extremely polite and friendly. My nails are always impeccable from here usually, I just want to understand why the customer service of this one lady is always like this. I won't be coming back as I genuinely don't understand the attitude. She's friendly to everyone else. I've been reading other comments and it seems black and (darker) Asian people aren't happy in the reviews. I'm Arab. It's a huge shame because I explained to her that my best friend it Vietnamese and she recommended I go only to Viet places. It's also a shame to feel so uncomfortable at a place I've been to before and everyone else is fine. Please do better. A smile won't hurt.

   I never even leave reviews especially bad ones but they honestly need it. They are probably the worst nail shop I’ve been to, so rude and ripped me off. I had just gel toe nails done and they charged me £55 which was only an infill as well. They didn’t believe me when I had to go to the cashier and get £10 extra cash as I didn’t think it would be so expensive. They started shouting to leave my bag there because they didn’t trust me. I also got a toe infection after their salon which led me into hospital. DO NOT GO THERE THEY AFE SO RUDE AND DIRTY!

   Can’t recommend Welling Nails highly enough (next to Soleil Tanning). I have been coming here every two weeks for 10 yrs. Thuy (pronounced Twee if you’re booking with her) and her mum Ly are the loveliest ladies you could ever meet. Their attention to detail is amazing and I am always over the moon at how nice my nails look and always get compliments. There is a lovely vibe in this shop and everyone is always included in conversations. It’s a lovely place to be and I’ve met some lovely people in there. The bad reviews are NOT justified and this salon should not be confused with the poor shoddy salons in Welling. 5* recommended

   Welling Nails I have been going to for over 10 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I drive from Kent to especially have my nails done because I have never found a better nail place. I love all the ladies who work there and I will continue to go to Welling Nails x
