Have been going for a good few years but sometimes I’m just not happy and the last time will be the final time. The girl that did my hand nails usually just does pedicures but due to a mix up with bookings she did both my pedicure and hands. 3 nails have broken after 2 weeks and are very sore. I very very rarely break a nail so I know it’s due to a bad service. They are all lifting and I know more will break. I usually go 4 weeks with no problem but I’m going to have to get them done now after 2 weeks. The pedicure was ok but that’s also a bit hit and miss sometimes good sometimes not. You book an appointment but are sometimes kept waiting for 15 odd minutes because they take too many bookings. You pay your money and I expect better if I’m honest so will now be finding an alternative.
The best nails around. Been going here for years and although ive moved to whitstable, I still travel every 3 weeks for my nails. Jess and Kien have created such a welcoming environment for all clients.
I usually go to Nails UK but they were busy and I needed my nails done urgently. I went to Love Nails and the service was disgusting. The young boy treated me as if I owed him something and was just so rude. No service whatsoever from him or the other members of ‘staff’. Never again. Nails UK all the way they have better customer service and actually ask if you want a drink etc.
Just been to Love nails have been there before and they were really good but today was told how long to have the nails what shape I should have even though I explain what I wanted on top of that acrylic white tips says it was £25 but I was charged £35 I didn’t ask for any extras but it’s £10 more expensive so now I’ve come away very upset as this treat to myself has completely backfired. All I can do is go home and soak them off waste of time and money.
Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Even though it was busy, they were efficient and did not lack on quality. I got gels on my hands and feet with a pedicure. It's been two weeks and they are still going strong with not chipping of lifting. Will definitely be my go to place now.

Jane and her crew are absolutely amazing! I don't really do reviews, but I had to on this occasion. She done so well for my Mum''s birthday and kindly stayed way over her closing time to do my sister too! Truly amazing and highly recommend!!
I have the worst feet and toenails ever!! Jess said she had been bored and my feet we certainly a challenge lol. She done the best job on my toenails. My toenails don't grow properly as I've had them removed a couple of times as I suffer from ingrown toenails x she didn't embarrass me at all and my toenails looked really good x highly recommend !!
Great service, amazing nails. I've been having shellac on my nails for a few years now, at other salons the shellac lifts after a week ...however at Love Nails they have lasted up 4 weeks! Great work Ladies ...and Gent! X
