   This was my first time visiting this salon since I recently relocated back to the area and it came highly recommended for manicures and pedicures. I’m so glad I chose to come here! The quality of work was exceptional and the overall customer experience was absolutely 10/10. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the staff were friendly, engaging and had a great sense of humor - which made the visit even more enjoyable. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment in a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, I absolutely loved my nails!

   I had a voucher for my birthday to go and do my nails here. I went last Saturday afternoon for an extension SNS and pedicure with normal varnish. My pedicure was great, even it is normal varnish the lady was checking my feet were clean and properly done. My SNS... OMG the most unbelievable nails. All my friends have nails with SNS and they look fine and delicate. The lady who did this wasn't putting the attention nicely... I finished with the nails extra thick and not even my normal nail shape... Biggest that usually. Really disappointed. I'm not coming back and but the way I took it off with acetone, I feel more normal... Honestly so rush the nails. I still remember coming back from home and cleaning them properly because the glue from the extensions was stuck between my fingers and nails... Honestly horrible.

   I went here for the second time because my first time here was amazing I don’t remember the girls name but she was lovely, but this time went for hand nails , showed them with picture what I want and the girl who started didn’t start well and then she left me taking another two customers,yes it was busy but not my fault and then one guy came to do my nails he was in rush he was doing them fast and not properly , I didn’t like the nails at all and paid 40£ for them . I went home but every time I was looking at Nails I got headache. I went there again and very nicely asked the guy who did my nails to do them again because i don’t like them . He said ok come tomorrow. The second time he took his time and did the nails properly. But he was rude , he was completely ignoring me like it was my fault. He left me there finished, didn’t say done and nothing. I said thank you he didn’t even reply. I don’t like this kind off people. Because I was very nice . First picture was what I asked and second what I got . But at least happy with my nails now . But not with his actitude

   I have tried so many salons in bexleyheath and hands down this is the best in the area. I will never ever go anywhere else!! The team are so friendly, the quality of the nails are so good, I can get 3/4 weeks out of it easily! Other salons I was only getting maximum 2 weeks. I have always had an amazing experience here and will continue coming.

   Great service as always and I’m really loving my nails! This is a squared file with a flattering shade of red (No.42). SNS was used on my nails. Recommend always the nail & beauty salon. Nails never chip on my hands and last for 3-4 weeks.

   Went there this evening to have my nails done for my birthday. Went with my sister, sister-in-law and 6 year old niece. All adult nails fine, had an enjoyable experience. We had SNS nails and shellac toes. My niece had shellac toes and nails done. My 6 year old niece was charged £60...the same price as our nails. It doesn’t seem right to me, and won’t be going back. Shame really, but they seem so money grabbing to charge that much for my niece who’s nails are half the size of ours.

   Disappointed...been here before & treatment was good. But not today ☹️☹️ Booked for manicure/shellac for special occasion. Unfortnately, the technician I saw today made my fingers bleed whilst having the manicure. He took off too much skin around my nails. He was apologetic but my fingers were bleeding, stinging & sore so i left without shellac. Too painful, very disappointed. Awaiting a call back from Manager. I won't be returning.

   I am a regular customer here. I go every 2 weeks for SNS and 4 weeks for full gel pedicure. Jess the owner is lovely, as is everyone else. They have a laugh with their clients and make you feel instantly welcome. The review from 'anon anon' should be ignored. The amount of colours on SNS, Gelish, shellac and standard paints are crazy! So much choice! Their skills are amazing. Just taking in a pattern they will copy it. They also do the 'chrome technique' powders. The prices are slightly higher but so is the skill set. I will pay for quality and I certainly do at P&P. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
