Cat and the team are very professional. I recently moved with them, from another very poor management company. These guys are friendly, professional and actually care about the client and the tenants. It’s very refreshing to know that my house is well looked after. Keep up the good work.
Resida have been looking after 2 properties for us for a number of years now. They have always been helpful and with the HMO in particular and are very professional in dealing with the tenants. As remote landlords they have dealt with some difficult situations for us in both properties and kept us informed which is invaluable when you can't get there yourself.

Wouldn’t go near this estate agent again. Was great at first (when they needed a tenant) they failed to inform us that our landlord was selling house and resulted telling another tenant instead of us. The whole point of having an estate agent is so you have little to no contact with the owner of the house however when he was selling we literally git harassed daily on moving out (obviously this is not down to the estate agent but if they told us sooner i don’t think we would of been bombarded with messages from the owner (daily) even though we had 6 months left on our tenancy agreement. We reported issues on the dashboard and could take weeks/months for this to even be picked up never mind fixed When we first moved in none of the appliances was wired in, so had constant ringing around, No Ariel Cooker wasn’t wired in, even the bath wasn’t sealed correctly which resulted in the roof of the kitchen (kitchen was below it) flooded and needed to be decorated, fast forward decorators come in and use wall paint instead of roof paint and it’s now 2 different colours… I’d just avoid this estate agent
Not even one star. The worse agency I ever see .. left me a month to make an appointment to wiew the house.. When I was called they were saying call me on Monday, call me on Friday.. I was calling them and they again were saying we will let u know and I never had phone back from them they.. After a month which I was waiting and calling them everyday today was the day of the truth.. They said the House is under Reference.. So people be careful they are just laughing and trying to put u down.. NO MANNERS AT ALL..
Our rental with Resida was perfect from start to finish. From the first contacts, the service was always very cordial and honest. We received full attention throughout the contract. The team always responded promptly to requests. I recommend the company!
