   I use this company to rent my house out. They are organised and professional and extremely good value for Landlord fees. Every issue that has needed sorting for my tenant has been dealt with quickly and efficiently by the team there. They communicate very well with me about all matters relating to the property/tenant. The trades people that they use respond to urgent jobs with a day or two and get the problem dealt with. They are very fair with the prices that they charge the Landlord for jobs on the property. The maintenance person they use is also good value, gets the job done in a timely manner and does an excellent job. To summarise this company are excellent at what they do and ensure that the needs if the Landlord and tenant are met at all times. I definatley reccomend them to Landlords and tenants alike.
