Horrible agency. We went for a viewing on 29/10 and decided to rent the house which we have informed Lydia about on 30/10. Several phone calls later we have still not received any reply to our original email (22 NOVEMBER now) Absolutely no respect to people. In the meantime we applied through another agency, got approved and referenced in 2 days and are moving in within a week from the original viewing. I can’t even think how would management with Lydia look like! Avoid if you can!
This company is a fraud. I'm taking legal action as I write this...he trys to obtain money thats not required, and been paid all ready!!
Very quick and efficient. If I have any issues or queries always very quick to communicate back to me.
They don't even deserve the one star! We moved in to one of their properties July of last year and had nothing but trouble! If we rang to report a problem we got nothing but attitude the house was falling apart and was so cold that we had to put gloves on our 3year old at bed time. When it came to moving out we was expected to show people around our selves. I went to sign the house back over and didn't have to sign anything... (don't get how that works?) and got told I not to go around the house to do the check with him and have now been told we have basically destroyed the house so that we don't get the bond back! The staff are rude I have never had to deal with more disrespectful people. Stay well away!
I would like to thank Highfield Property Management for making my 8 year 5 month tenancy a very happy one. The staff at Highfield are all very respectful and understanding their clients needs, very helpful when dealing with any enquiry you may have. Quick to respond if you have a problem or repair, great level of communication. The landlord was a great chap and always accomadated me with my requests for improvements. Myself and my Grandchildren felt very happy to call it our home and we were all sad to leave but we needed a larger property. Bond was returned within 3 days without any hassle and Highfield I may drop by for a coffee.
